Is it possible to get the look of my old nose back? (Photos)

I had a septoplasty with turbinate reduction last year. I asked multiple times if it would change the shape of my nose..he said no, it Might be straighter and thats it..so my expectation is shown in the 1st picture vs what i got in the 2nd and 3rd. How hard will it be to get my old look back?

If you have a deviated septum then a septoplasty is necessary. When the septum is re-aligned into the midline it may encroach on the turbinates, which may have changed position or become fuller because of the breathing. You may or may not need turbinate resection done. Best Wishes, Gary...

Your nose is asymmetrical. I would need to see before photographs of your nose to see if your nose was asymmetrical before surgery. Septoplasty should not cause cosmetic deformity of the bone and cartilage of the septum. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Unfortunately, you have not provided before photographs. Also, it is impossible to tell from photographs alone whether you have scar tissue. You will need to be physically examined with palpation performed to determine what is going on exactly, You do appear to need a revision of your...

Unfortunately, your photo is very limited. However, your nose does appear to be inclined to one side. You will probably need a rhinoplasty and septoplasty. Insurance may cover this. You will need documentation from a physician and a CT scan showing the deviation of the septum and fracture. ...
