Thanks for sharing your experience — your question is both smart and very valid. It’s understandable that you’d be concerned about something like this, especially since it’s unusual and persistent well beyond the typical healing period. Some patients report air or fluid sounds ("sloshing," "gurgling," or "popping") after breast augmentation. This is usually harmless and occurs due to small pockets of air or fluid trapped in the implant pocket (especially when submuscular implants are involve...
Congratulations on your impressive weight loss! You can consider a tummy tuck alone which would address subcutaneous fat, excess skin, and repair abdominal wall laxity. If you choose to have liposuction not much would be needed and would be used as a tool to enhance your results. It would not create more skin laxity.
Hello,Thank you for your question. It is absolutely possible to achieve a natural-looking body contour that preserves hip dips and a soft, slightly rounded stomach, especially with a skilled surgeon who understands your goals. Given your solid build and preference to keep some natural “fluff” for muscle softness, the approach will focus on targeted fat transfer rather than aggressive liposuction or over-sculpting. A Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) can be customized to enhance curves while res...
Yes, revision rhinoplasty is indeed worthy and indicated; many issues here:-one sunken nasal bone, probably due to unilateral fracture and not bilateral (don't ask me why, it's beyond me)-asymmetric resection of alar cartilages-inverted V and open roof (unilateral, as corresponds with the first item)-poor nostril support, alar rim retraction-poor tip definition-over pinched with suturing nasal domes on a preop boxy bulbous tip which actually required lateral crura repositioningSeek...

I advise my patients to refrain from strenuous activities for six weeks after surgery, and this includes sex. However it is always best to check with your surgeon as she/he is most familiar with the details of your surgery and how you've been progressing through recovery.
Great question! There is no evidence to show that having a breast reduction can increase your risk of developing breast cancer. In fact, removing some of the breast tissue could potentially reduce your risk of breast cancer in the future. In conjunction with surgical oncologists, we sometime actually perform a breast reduction as a first step in patients with a genetic susceptability of breast cancer so that they are able to undergo a nipple sparing prophylactic mastectomy in the future....
Congratz on the weight loss. Unfortunately I dont see how implants alone will give you the results you are looking for. We would have to use larg implants that will actaully defeat the purpouse beacsue they will weigh down your breasts and it will speed up sagging. A breast lift is essential for good results. A breast lift with implants can be done in one procedure even though some doctors feel its best to do one and then the other. I feel this is a waist of time and added risk of surgery....
Hello, and thank you for your question regarding whether you can get liposuction and go back to work within a week, working as a flight attendant. Thank you for your interesting question. Recovery after liposuction varies depending on the patient and the extent of the liposuction procedure. Generally, it is recommended that you allow at least a week to recover from liposuction. Most patients are allowed to return to a desk-type job within one to two weeks. However, your job is a much...
In my practice, I routinely perform either fat transposition or fat grating with lower lid surgery. With time as you age, you will loose volume in the anterior medial cheek. During surgery, this is a great time to prevent that hollowness and add volume.
It'd be a big mistake getting your face operated, wasting money and ending with a "facelifted face" full of psychological remorse.Don't touch it, live life to the fullest.
