How soon can I safely fly 3.5 hours after abdominoplasty, liposuction and breast reduction?

Hi, Please give your honest opinion on when I should safely fly (3.5 hour flight) after mummy make over (abdominoplasty, liposuction and breast reduction). I have booked my surgery (in Istanbul) and current plan is to fly home 7 days later but I am concerned that this is too soon and could risk complications. Thank you, Melina
