Question

5ft8 170 pounds. Getting lift and saline implants. My dr recommeded to try 500 to 700 sizers after showing pictures and exam. I wear 38 c now. Nursed 4 babies. 650 and 700 felt perfect for me. It was still hard to tell tho with the sizers as i shoved my own boobs in there too haha. I am afraid of going too small so i figured 700 is the right choice. But so hard to tell. Want them to be nice and full but not so obvious that they are fake. Or make me.look too top heavy in sweaters. Etc.

Two 700 cc implants weigh almost 3 lbs. and the result will be large low breasts. I do not recommend such large implants. If you are already a size 38 C then each 200 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. 400 cc implants will take you to a DD. I would not recommend anything larger than that. The lift technique I recommend is the Bellesoma. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.
