A facelift would help restore some of the laxity of the neck and jawline. Fat transfer is great to give volume to the upper cheeks and sometimes along the jawline itself. Laser resurfacing would be great for the fine lines around the mouth and chin as well as some of the changes secondary to sun damage on the rest of the face.

Congratulations on being finished with treating your tumors! In short, based off of the photo, I recommend a face and neck lift, and you likely would benefit from a temporal brow lift as well. From the limited angle of the photo you shared, it appears you may benefit from a deep plane facelift with platysmaplasty to address the descent of facial tissues and improve neck contour. A lip lift could help restore balance and youthful proportion around the mouth. Additionally, full-face CO₂ laser resurfacing can improve skin texture, fine lines, and overall skin quality.

Thank you for your photo. Facial aging is seen in 2 forms. First is the loss of volume, skin looseness, muscle banding in the neck, etc. This is accompanied by wrinkles in the skin. Both must be treated for optimal results. To restore volume in areas of your face that have lost it, straighten and sharpen your jawline and contour your neck, you would require a facelift and neck lift. While, this will help somewhat with the smoothing of the wrinkles of your skin, some form of skin resurfacing, either by chemical peel, or lasering or dermabrasion, would be required to maximize the improvement to your skin creases. They cannot be performed at the same time, for safety reasons, so you could choose which you would like to have done first. You may also consider an upper lip lift as everyone’s upper lip tends to elongate overtime.
