I had a lower bleph done by Dr. Perenack in 2022: it was my first plastic surgery, and it went really well – very pleased with the results. Before moving out of state, I decided to go back and have a mini facelift, and again, he did a superb job and healing was so much easier than I anticipated. I so appreciated that he called the night after surgery to make sure I was doing OK, and I felt like he really took the time to listen to me as opposed to just another patient that was in and out. The whole staff is like that – super friendly, personal, and makes you feel very comfortable and safe.Two years out and I am so happy I did both the lower bleph and mini facelift with Dr. Perenack. I moved out of state and recently had an upper bleph performed by a well respected plastic surgeon here. The results have been good, but I have to say my experience with Dr. Perenack superior in every way – bedside manner, office staff, prep meetings, leading up to the surgery and follow up. I guess skill wise they are on par, and I’m happy with my results but I could not stop comparing my ok experience here with my fantastic experience at Williamson cosmetics with Dr. Perenack. If I do another procedure seriously might fly back to Baton Rouge- he and his staff are that good.

Dr. Perenack and his staff were absolutely wonderful to deal with. His staff always made me feel comfortable and welcome and Dr. Perenack was very patient answering all of my questions and giving me the time I needed to feel comfortable with the surgery. One of the most important things for me was communication and he was very quick to respond to my texts - something I find not as common these days. Most doctors can perform procedures, so the important thing to me was communication and comfort which Dr. Perenack and his staff provided tons of.

This was my first cosmetic surgical procedure and I was very nervous. I had loss of volume around my eyes combined with excess skin/fatty tissue folds , and I had been wanting to address the issue for several years but was too nervous. I can honestly say my experience with Dr. Perenack and his staff was wonderful. I couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience, from the initial consultation to post-op evaluation, and I felt consistently comfortable, and confident in their care. The staff goes above and beyond in terms of kindness and patience. I chose Dr. Perenack because of his experience, and meeting with him in person helped affirm that he understood my concerns and what I was hoping for . He was clear with me about what he thought he could achieve, and the likely outcome, and I valued the honesty immensely. My greatest fear was an “over done” approach, but I felt certain after walking away from the consult that I was in good hands and his goal was to achieve a improved but natural appearance. And he did…(!) I am thrilled with the results, still look like ‘me’ but my eyes look much more youthful and I ‘feel’ less puffy. I was red for longer than most (from my understanding) after the laser resurfacing (done with the surgery); I was just more sensitive to it I think. Maybe two weeks of pretty bright redness around the eyes, and it took my peeling skin longer to heal again about two weeks) . But make up concealed it quite well after 1 week (too raw to wear any make up the first week). I had the luxury of taking off that first week, but something to think about if you need to go back to work. Looking back I have no regrets – those two weeks of redness seem such a small sacrifice in comparison to the results achieved, as the laser really helped reduce the thin wrinkly looking skin under my eyes and tightened the area overall. Thank you Dr. Perenack and his lovely staff for making this surgery such a success and improving my confidence overall :) !

Every part of my rhinoplasty experience with Dr. Perenack was so easy, comfortable, and professional. Every person I came in contact with was personable.
