Could a deep plane facelift and neck lift be performed without touching the nasolabial and lip areas?

I am 75 and considering getting a deep plane lift. I had silicone injections around my nasolabial areas and lips about 25 years ago without any problems. I explained this to a surgeon during a consult and he assured me that he would not touch that area. I lalso would need a neck lift with this face lift. Would he be able to successfully be able to do this? Also what is an endocrine lift?

A deep plane facelift will not affected your prior silicone injections in your nasolabial folds and lips, as these areas are not in the area of dissection.  Your result from your previous injections should be maintained.  This is also true for your neck lift, ie, your neck lift won’t affect your injections.  I have not heard of an “endocrine lift” in any plastic surgery journal or at any meeting.  This is likely a marketing ploy created by a surgeon trying to create the impression, they are doing a novel procedure and implying that because it’s novel, it’s therefore better.  This has no factual basis.  Best wishes.
