Could a deep plane facelift and neck lift be performed without touching the nasolabial and lip areas?

Without photos, educated opinions are hard to give and evaluate - theoretically, yes you can do some maneuvers - get into the deep plane without messing with the nasolabial / lip area. But by going deep plane and lifting, whatever you have in the area - silicone, might be moved a little further up your face. Again, without photos, hard to tell. Neck lift is commonly done with facelift - and can be done without touching the face. Endoscopic lift? or Endotine lift? These are techniques for facelifting / neck lifting but not sure what you mean by "endocrine lift" For your case if you have excess sagging skin, the traditional face / neck lift technique likely will be best (again, hard to say without photos).
