I was nervous to try Botox on my face for the first time, but I had an amazing experience with Dr. Ramly in Beverly Hills. I wanted to maintain movement in my eyebrows for a natural look, and he recommended starting conservatively, which I really appreciated. He took his time carefully analyzing my facial structure and explaining why each placement mattered, which made me feel very confident in choosing an experienced facial plastic surgeon. I went to see Dr. Ramly about possibly getting a facelift or to ask what he thought would be best suited for me. I am very happy with my looks, but I was spending a lot of money on cosmetic procedures trying to keep myself looking my best. Dr. Ramly was straight forward with me and told me the various procedures he could do to make me look better. He did not try to oversell me on anything. In fact, he said I was a little premature for a facelift. He said I could wait a couple years. I’m 58 years old now. I plan to come back to him as a gift to myself when I am 60 and get more for my money to improve my looks in a natural way to keep me looking young. He showed me other patients where the work he did was subtle, and each individual looked refreshed. They did not look pulled tight or overdone. This is what I am looking for. I appreciated him for his honesty and not trying to just get me to do a procedure I don’t need right now. Now that I have had this consultation I will definitely come back when I’m feeling the need for this improvement. I did get botox from him which I was very happy with and will continue to come back to him for this until I need something more.

I first began seeing Dr. Ramly after my initial septorhinoplasty, which had been performed by another surgeon who moved away shortly afterward. He took my care on as if he was the one who did that surgery and was with me every step of the way. After a year, we decided together that a revision would be the best course of action. Dr. Ramly did an excellent job with my cyst removal, one year later and my scar is basically invisible. He also took great care to make sure that I wouldn't have any issues with the cyst recurring. I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Elie Ramly who performed my rhinoplasty in June of 2025. From my initial consultation and several follow up conversations, to my post op appointment, Dr. Ramly was extraordinary. Together, we discussed my goals which were to correct a deviation in my nose, remove a bump and bring up the tip of my nose so it didn’t point down when I smiled.
