Based on your photographs and the experience you have shared, I would recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified plastic surgeon or facial plastic surgeon in your area who has experience with filler injections and filler dissolution, as well as experience in blepharoplasty and facial rejuvenation. You would be best served by a specialist who can discuss your concerns and history (type of filler, treatment timeline, etc.) in more details, examine your face, and provide personalized recommendations (observation versus nonsurgical or surgical options) and a treatment plan that would maximize your aesthetic results and minimize and prevent any complications. I first began seeing Dr. Ramly after my initial septorhinoplasty, which had been performed by another surgeon who moved away shortly afterward. He took my care on as if he was the one who did that surgery and was with me every step of the way. After a year, we decided together that a revision would be the best course of action. Dr. Ramly exceeded my expectations with results better than I could have ever imagined both aesthetically and functionally. Dr. Ramly did an excellent job with my cyst removal, one year later and my scar is basically invisible. He also took great care to make sure that I wouldn't have any issues with the cyst recurring. I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Elie Ramly who performed my rhinoplasty in June of 2025. From my initial consultation and several follow up conversations, to my post op appointment, Dr. Ramly was extraordinary. Together, we discussed my goals which were to correct a deviation in my nose, remove a bump and bring up the tip of my nose so it didn’t point down when I smiled. I wanted to look improved and natural without entirely changing my appearance and he delivered those results perfectly, all while being extremely patient, attentive, courteous, thoughtful and professional.
