What do I need for a subtle hourglass figure? Lipo? BBL (Photo)

Momofjoeybear
I really want to know how I can make my body look more of an hourglass shape that is very subtle. I don't want drastic changes. Do you think lipo of flanks and sacral pad would be enough? Or do I have large hip dips to fill in with fat transfer?? Any advice appreciated!
