Amazing chin lipo results! I am 5’6” 125lbs healthy and exercise regularly but have always had a small double chin that’s noticeable from the side. No matter if I’m 115 or 125 it’s always there. I tried Kybella twice but it did not work. It actually left hard lumps of scar tissue in my chin. I was nervous to do awake chin lipo but Dr. Mehr assured me that it would be an easy and quick procedure. I was numbed and did not feel any pain, just some pressure. The whole procedure seemed fairly quick. The results were immediate! I had minimal bruising, just 2 small bruises at the bottom of my neck and some yellow bruising on the left side of my neck which all faded within 1 week. I took Norco the first night and one the next day. The pain was very minimal but I was nervous so I just took it but could have just taken some Tylenol and been good with that. The most annoying part of the recovery is wearing the compression garment but by the end of week 1 I got used to it. I am now 3 weeks post op and my results are great and getting even better week by week. When I don’t wear the compression garment I notice some swelling so I make sure to keep it on as much as I can during the day and wear it to sleep at night. I am very happy with my results. Dr. Mehr is a very educated and skilled surgeon. I would definitely recommend him! Thank you Dr. Mehr!

Dr Mehr did such a great job with my chin lipo procedure. I had this huge double chin that made my face look really big. In my 40s I started noticing this rapid double chin just getting bigger. Dr Mehr took care of the problem.
