I have a generic predisposition for loose neck skin, when when I'm at a normal weight. I had thermage in 2023 and ultherapy in 2025, but nothing seemed to help. Plus, I am nearly 50, so I felt like the clock was ticking on making a positive change. Made an account just to give a review Dr. Farzadmehr. I can't stress enough how much happier and more confident I feel. My jawline pops out a lot more, and am so happy with my appearance after the surgery. He is an incredible surgeon, super nice, and the process and outcome has been incredible. One of the best decisions I have made in my life, as hyperbolic as that might sound. It was so worth it, and easily 5 stars. I am highly considering going back for other procedures.

Dr Mehr is awesome! I felt comfortable, assured and at ease leaving my consultation. He answered all of my questions. He is honest, kind, and genuine. Amazing Chin Lipo!
Amazing chin lipo results! I am 5’6” 125lbs healthy and exercise regularly but have always had a small double chin that’s noticeable from the side. No matter if I’m 115 or 125 it’s always there. I tried Kybella twice but it did not work. It actually left hard lumps of scar tissue in my chin.
