Hello, I am looking to get a breast augmentation this winter. Wondering if over or under the muscle would be better, along with advice on profile (moderate vs full) that would best suit my frame based on my issues and starting point. I would like to go up 1-2 cup sizes and ideally semi-natural (won’t look bolted-on). Thank you!

I am 1 week out from a breast augmentation (275 silicone unders. 105lbs, preop 34AA) and my shirt tore off one of my steri strips. The incision seems to look ok, but it is a little red and a bit sore. There is a little part that doesn't look totally sealed (like a cat scratch). Should I go back to my doctor?

My face already has a bunch of other problems, but my nose is what bothers me the most. I don’t mind it as much from the side, but from the front it often looks like a shapeless blob. It doesn’t help that my other facial features are quite small as well.

I have a drooping bulbous nose tip and deep alar creases. Can the deep creases be fixed in a rhinoplasty and/or alarplasty? Or would I be able to get piriform fossa filler either before or after the surgery? Finally, I have a dorsal hump that I don’t mind. Would a surgeon be willing to leave a hump alone and just focus on a tip plasty?

Hi There! At my 4mos post op appt. my Dr. told me he would no longer be seeing me. I paid 20K for this surgery. I never felt welcomed,I was amazed at how catty & immature his staff was. That's beside the point. He's a well known Dr.here.Why would be say this? Now I'll be seen on an "as needed basis" if probs arise. I won't be having a 1yr post op appt.for my final results! Is this normal because I find it absurd! VERY unhappy!This was a revolving door situation!

I wanted a mommy makeover am 48yo, however I'll have to put my dream makeover on hold for both hip and knee replacements, my question is will these joint replacements affect me getting a mommy makeover in the near future?

After having 3 kids via csection, I’m looking to get my body back I am willing to travel but need advice on which procedures I need. Do I need lipo 360 or will a tummy tuck and lipo of the flanks be enough to give me a good hourglass shape and flat abdomen? I know combining both theres a limit of removing much less fat. Also terrified of doing a bbl but want to avoid looking “rectangle” is avoiding one possible?

I had a breast reduction over a year ago through insurance and about 400 grams was removed from each breast. I terribly miss the size and regret the reduction. If i get 425 cc implants will they be the same size as before? do grams of fat and cc of implants correlate in that way?

I'm 19 years old and interested in cosmetic breast augmentation with silicone implants. Does the surgeon ever perform silicone augmentation for patients under 22, or do they only offer silicone beginning at age 22? I saw something on one website about 22 fda recommened for silicone and 18+ for saline but I'm completely against saline implants and have a specific goal in mind I also don't want to have to wait til 22 I stopped growing years ago ik it only said recommened but this concerns that I won't be able to find someone to do it

What is your opinion on an older plastic surgeon? I'm consulting with a well-known, experienced plastic surgeon in a major metropolitan area with a vibrant personality and an excellent reputation. But, he is over 80. I feel ageist asking but I also feel like it isn't unreasonable to wonder if I should trust my facelift to a surgeon over 80. I mean... shouldn't he be running for president instead? :) JK- I'm looking for an honest, serious response.

My face always looks like I'm angry and I'm not sure if its my eyes or mouth thats causing that. Would I need a facelift or would boxtox or a grin lift help this?

I'm a 41yo with diagnosed lipoedema in my upper limbs. My BMI is currently 30, but I am aiming to lost another 10kg before any procedures. I need to have liposuction to remove the lipoedema fat, and I'm wondering if lipo plus Renuvion skin tightening would give a good enough result, or if I definitely will need an arm lift with the lipo. There is obviously a big cost, recovery and scar difference between the two options. I don't want to go for the more severe option if its not neccessary, but I also don't want to go with the less invasive option and be disappointed with the results. I mostly want to be able to wear tshirts with the arm not being tight and wear sleevless tops without being embarrassed.

Would an upper blepharoplasty address the “double rainbow” skin on my upper eyelids, or is filler actually the way to go? My eyes have been hollowing out the last 5-6 years exacerbating how much the extra skin stands out.
