I received juvederm yesterday in a couple of spots on the lip line, and both nasolabial lines. The issue is on my right side. My right nostril is very dry. My nose is a mottled red. Redness along the right nasolabial area. The injector doesn't think they keep the juvederm antidote in the office. Waiting for the doc to call back. Should I start searching for someone who does and just go there ASAP?
Answer: Vascular compromise Nasal labial fold injections can compromise arterial blood flow by putting pressure on the Angular artery. I would recommend you see someone, either the injector or another office that is familiar with this type of issue. If a Hyaluronic Acid filler was used Hyaluronidase is an enzyme that can remove the product from the area. Good luck.

Answer: Vascular Occlusion This is serious and must be assessed in person immediately either by your surgeon or the ER. You are most probably going to have to have the filler dissolved. I am sorry that you are experiencing this.
