Ok, so I am going to be completely honest... he is Amazing! When you think of a plastic surgeon,what comes to your mind? Yes, exactly, MONEY and unnecessary procedures! Well, you you wont get that with Dr. Val Lambros! Not only is he extremely gentle and honest but he is a master of his work. I was so concerned to get anything done because I didn't want to look like the typical orange county housewife and to my delight, I don't. I had zero pain, and I am a big old baby and I feel Great, I should have done this years ago! I highly recommend Dr. Val Lambros! Go see him today!

My husband is younger than I am. On a cruise the photographer called him my son! I started looking at my aging face and sagging skin and decided it was time to do something. I am so grateful I did. Dr. Lambros understands how our faces need to look. He improved my face, but it looks natural. No one realized I had a facelift, but they would say, "You look good, did you change your makeup?"

I had trepidations about having a facelift at 73 years of age. I spoke with 4 plastic surgeons before choosing Dr. Lambros. He allayed my fears, understood my expectations, answered all my many questions. I felt he, more than any of the other doctors I spoke with, understood the older face and what can and can't be done. I was very pleased with my facelift results but had questions about the way my neck lift looked 5 months after the surgery. Dr. Lambros didn't like the way my neck has turned out so far. He had told me before the procedure that my aged neck was going to be the most difficult. I appreciate his candor and desire to have my neck look the best it can be. I go back to him in 2 months to see how my neck looks. He recently put 2 shots of steroids in my neck which has improved the look of it. I would highly recommend him, especially if you are an older woman like me.

Beyond all my expectations. Dr. Lambros is a true artist and one of the best facial plastic surgeons in the world. I searched for more than 3 years from Beverly HIlls to NY City for a plastic surgeon I could trust to perform a face and necklife and knew the minute I met Dr. Lambros, that he was the one. He will look at your face and tell you everything he would recommend. For me, I had bags under my eyes that bothered me but no other plastic surgeon noticed. Recommended to me from other plastic surgeons, Dr. Lambros is considered a God in that world. He was one of the first to do fat transfers and with thirty years of experience, he is at the top of his game. His consults include touching your face (something no other facial plastic surgeons did to me) and asking for photos from your youth so he can see how your face has aged. He will not do surgery on you unless he feels you need it. Going to Dr. Lambros was one of the best decisions of my life. He is a wonderful person and always has a smile on his face. His skills as a facial plastic surgeon are unmatched. You will be in the best hands and you will not regret it. Brusing for me was minimal because of his careful hands. Even if you are from another state, I would make the trip. Corona Del Mar is a beautiful place.

Exceptional ! There are a lot of very good plastic surgeons but Dr. Lambros has the “THING” . He has a unique understanding of the face and knows exactly what do do and even more important what not to do. He is VERY gentle and VERY honest . He will flat out refuse to do things if he doesn’t believe they are needed . He is not a marketing person his work speaks for itself .

My experience with Dr. Lambros has been nothing short of life changing. He is not only extremely gentle, and a true artist in his craft, he’s extremely honest and has refused to add something if he felt it unnecessary. When I walked out of his office I felt like a new person, and would 110% recommend him.

I had cosmetic surgery ten years ago from another surgeon who made my chin look hideous, looking like I had two sacks hanging under my chin. I went to another surgeon and asked him if he could help me, to which he said he wouldn't touch it, but recommended I go to Dr. Lambros, saying if anyone could correct it, he could because he was the BEST! Therefore, on his recommendation, I went to meet with Dr. Lambros and he said he thought he could help me. I am a 72-year old woman and this surgeon is a miracle worker! He did an absolutely amazing job and people say I look like I'm in my 50's. I am so pleased with the results and would recommend Dr. Lambros for helping you look your best. He doesn't want to "fix" everything, only enhance what you already have which is age appropriate. He could have told me I needed other procedures, but said I didn't need anything else. I love this doctor for his skills and talent! You won't be sorry! His staff is the best and are always helpful and upbeat. They are the best!

Dr Val Lambros of Newport Beach, Ca. is the best plastic surgeon around. Why? Because he refreshes you. You'll be beautiful. He is an artist in his own right and highly educated. Speaking all over the world about the techniques that he has developed goes a long way in showing his giftedness and skill sets. Highly recommend!

Very thorough cosmetic Dr. Takes a lot of time with you. Describes in detail what he can do. Considers what you want, but he doesn't overdue any of his patients. You look natural and younger, but not overdone. No bruising or marks after procedure. No soreness. Next day I looked great. No down time.

Después de una muy mala cirugía con otro médico en México, Busqué entre varios doctores, me volvieron a operar, y nadie me supo arreglar la cara. Hasta que encontré al Dr. LAMBROS, quien es un Excelente médico, me opero, me reconstruyó la cara. Dejándome muy natural. Y ahora me veo mas joven y más guapa. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
