Hi! Definitely not Sculptra. You are a perfect candidate for high definition liposuction with abdominal etching and Fat transfer to buttocks and hips. I do a lot of models and actresses and I can tell you would have a perfect result. The best filler you can use is your own fat cells. They contain stem cells and gives the surgeon more control in terms of sculpting your buttocks and hips. I would definitely add abdominal etching.
My protocol for the best results are:

A Sculptra BBL is done with Sculptra injections, which is a filler that lasts about 2 years eventually dissolving and absorbed by the body.
