Extensive liposuction and BBL are a high risk combination for complications including blood clots. BBL is one of the most dangerous operations in plastic surgery. A detailed history about how and why you had a DVT is important in helping you determine the level of safety.
Providing that you are doing well and that your labs are within normal range, I see no reason for not donating plasma. Your physician or whoever is supervising donation should be consulted as well.
