I am excited to have the honor of treating patients in Mobile county, Baldwin county, and the Gulf Coast area. I have spent a lifetime living and training in the Southeast to be able to provide care for out wonderful patient population. After growing up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, I went to the University of Virginia where I received a Bachelors degree in Biology. I then returned to Louisiana for his Masters in Cell and Molecular Biology from Tulane University, and my medical degree at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine. There, I was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and was fortunate enough to earn accolades from the Stanley S. Scott Cancer Center for outstanding research as well as multiple awards for academic accomplishments and community service. These included the Colin Goodier Scholarship, Alpha Omega Alpha Scholarship, and the Paula C. Ragland Award. After medical school, I pursued the integrated plastic surgery program at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. While my training was clinically focused on the full breadth of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, I also focused on advancing the field of plastic surgery with research that resulted in numerous journal articles, book chapters, and presentations on the local, regional, and national level. Staying at the forefront of my field has been a priority to provide the best, most up to date procedures for my patients. My aesthetic focus remains on helping my patients look and feel their absolute best. I strive to individualize my treatment plans on the specific desires and anatomy of each patient. My main focus in on rejuvenation of breast and body for women of all ages. I also particularly enjoy working with weight loss patients in various aspects of body contouring including abdomen, chest, arms, and thighs. For my aging patients, I utilize a combination of injectables, lasers, and of course surgery to provide a more youthful appearance of the eyes, lower face, and neck. I particularly enjoy contouring of the neck with liposuction and excisional surgery. My main reconstructive interest is restoration of the breast following mastectomy, lumpectomy, or other congenital breast issues. In this endeavor, I utilize expanders, implants, and autologous tissue (DIEP/TRAM flaps). I also focus on reconstruction of skin and other cancers of the head and neck, abdomen, and extremities. When he is not in the operating room, I spend as much time as I can with my beautiful wife, Danielle, and my three daughters Addison, Eleanor, and Margaret. I thoroughly enjoy any time outdoors, particularly hunting, fishing, or hiking. I am proud to be a part of the Mobile and Baldwin county communities. I strive at all times to offer personalized surgical care of the highest quality, safety and integrity. Through the Park and Rebowe Clinic for Plastic Surgery and PR MedSpa, I hope to provide this experience to my patients in a comfortable and confidential atmosphere.
Dr. Rebowe has the best chair side manner! He knew all about me before entering the exam room. He made me feel like he truly cared about why I was there, and not just another patient that is just on his schedule. He is so laid back, but in a good way, because it comes off as very calming. I was so nervous being there, and you feel very vulnerable with why you are there, but he made it so nice and stress-free. I came home to loving the "NEW ME"!! A procedure I've wanted done to help me feel good about myself. He did an AMAZING job, and I LOVE the results!! It was truly the best experience. Even his staff! They were all so helpful and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Rebowe hands down! Everyone deserves a great experience when it comes to wanting the best for yourself!
Dr. Rebowe was very informational and answered all my questions and concerns about my breast implant procedure. I liked the fact that the clinic has an on-site surgery center which made everything run smoothly in a timely manner. I went from 32 B's to 38 D's. I love how they feel now that they have healed. Huge confidence boost! Highly recommend this doctor!!!
Doctor Rebowe is a great choice for plastic surgery. I have textured and sun damaged skin. Doctor Rebowe performed Fractional CO2 laser on my face. I had zero post op complications and my skin looks noticeably healthier. He is a skilled doctor and he and his staff are fantastic leading up to and after the procedure. If there is something you want done go ahead and make the appointment with Dr. Rebowe. You can trust him to do a great job.
Dr. Rebowe is a wonderful injector that I highly recommend! He is very kind and professional. He makes me feel comfortable and is always willing to address any questions or concerns. I am extremely pleased with my results.
I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Rebowe and his entire staff. They are all nothing short of amazing. My results have far exceeded my expectations and I'm so happy and thankful for my awesome surgeon and his team!
I found Dr Rebowe to be patient and caring. He did not push any particular procedure and explained everything thoroughly. I'm sure I asked the same question more than once because I has several appointments; however, he was always fine with explaining again. I am very pleased with the result and would highly recommend him.
Dr Rebowe is great. He’s very thorough and informative with each procedure. I’ve been extremely happy with all of my results. My liposuction is the best I’ve had! Also, I recommend the med spa upstairs.

Enjoyed the atmosphere of Dr. Rebowe’s office. The staff was exceptionally friendly, made me feel comfortable and Dr. Rebowe answered all of my qs before the procedure. He injected Dysport and it was quick. He has a good bedside manner and is very patient/ caring. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!
Dr. Rebowe was fantastic. He was professional, courteous and I was extremely pleased with my results. His staff was punctual, and the facility was first class. I highly recommend Dr. Rebowe and look forward to my next visit.
The molecules of Dysport and Botox are not exactly the same even though they work by the same mechanism. The way I describe it to people is that its basically like Coke and Pepsi, some people's bodies will prefer one over the other. Although it is possible that Dysport will have the same minimal effect as Botox, I would try Dysport at least once to see if it works better (my experience is that up to 10-20% of people will notice a difference). If Dysport does not work, there are other products that you can also try. When trying new products, I often recommend doing only one area to see if it works or if you like the results so that the investment is not too great before you know if it works.
From a cost perspective, it is not uncommon to charge per "area" rather than per unit. However, you should be able to access how many units you were given per area. It is likely that your provider has this listed in some area that may not be accessible to the front desk staff, as it is standard to mark this down somewhere. At your next visit, I would inquire with him about how many units he is using and you can make the decision to possibly switch to a nurse injector.
While your provider is marking these areas as close as he or she reasonably can on the chart, there are some patients who have very specific wrinkles and anatomy that make it difficult to achieve a perfect or near perfect result every time. If he or she is offering you a touch up for free, has reasonable pricing, and quick treatments, I would continue with the same provider.
Fine lines are very difficult to treat. They are very superficial, or close to the skin, so it is difficult to target them with a treatment at the correct level of the skin, While dermal fillers can help in some cases, other times we rely on targeting these lines from the surface with microneedling, ablative lasers, or other treatments. I would ensure you are seeing a provider with all treatment modes available to make sure they are recommending the appropriate intervention.
For these areas I would typically recommend a moderately invasive device such as BodyTite, Renuvion, or other device that applies energy to the area under the skin. This can help cause contraction/tightening of the dermis which will ultimately tighten the skin without any significant incisions. I would also avoid a formal abdominoplasty in order to avoid the rectus diastasis repair if you are planning on eventually having children. Devices that are completely noninvasive, such as radiofrequency, can also be effective in young people (under age 35-40).
