Can I achieve my desired results through body feminization or should I loose weight before moving forward with surgery? (photos)

hi there, im having surgery in a few months. For a Brazilian butt lift, lipo 360 and A plasma skin tightening procedure. The surgeon has said i do not need a tummy tuck however, i will put some wish pictures up, is it possible to get my body looking like this? I know i have visceral fat which the surgeon has said he can remove but i will need muscle repair so i have to naturally work on it at the gym or getting sessions of emsculpt fat cavitation. How can i get my body like my wish pictures?

generally speaking, you want to reach your goal weight before you consider surgery, otherwise your results will be suboptimal if you continue to lose weight after the surgery. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

You have unrealistic expectations and your post-operative results will not mimic your wish pics!  The women in the photos have thinner waist lines due to their anatomy.  You have a wider waistline and possibly visceral (internal) fat which can only be reduced with diet and exercise.  
You will look significantly better with Lipo 360 combined with a BBL, just not as good as your wish pics.

Your results would not resemble those of your wish pictures.If you expect those results you will be disappointed.Those women have completely different body types than yours based on skeletal structure.The difference between you and those women is not based on fat distribution.You’ll be a much better candidate for surgery if you lose weight first.Muscle tightening will not reduce visceral fat. Individuals who have excess visceral fat cannot have a tight flat abdomen even with muscle tightening unless they lose weight first. With that weight loss you will not have a tight flat abdomen ever.Delivering consistent quality liposuction and fat transfer results is more difficult than most people believe it. The number of plastic surgeons who can do these procedures well on a consistent basis is relatively few.Both Liposuction and fat transfer have major variations in outcome based on who does the surgery.If done poorly patients can be left disfigured.For this reason I recommend patients be very selective when it comes to choosing a provider.I recommend patients have at least five in person consultations before considering having surgery. for some people it requires more than five consultations to find a sufficiently talented and experienced provider.During each in person consultation bring proper pictures of your own body take them the same way plastic surgeons take before and after pictures.Ask providers to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures.Providers may be apprehensive in doing this and will prefer to show you some of the best results over their career.Being shown a handful of the providers best results is not sufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like or how many of these procedures they have actually performed.You need to see only before and after pictures of previous patients who had similar body characteristics to your own. By being shown only before and after pictures of previous patients with similar body characteristics you should have a very good understanding of what the procedure can and cannot deliver.If you’ve had a quality consultation then there should be no questions in your mind in regards to what your results will look like.The provider should’ve showed you pictures of previous patients who looked just like you so you wouldn’t know what the result will look like.This tells me that you did not have a quality in person consultation.I recommend people start with at least five in person consultations and consider scheduling more.During each consultation as providers only to show you before and after pictures of previous patients who have similar body characteristics to your own. ask them to show you examples of excellent outcomes, average outcomes and outcomes that did not turn out as well as they had hoped.Ask providers with the revision rate and revision policy is.As efficiently experience surgeon should have no difficulty showing you a minimum of 50 that’s a before and after pictures of commonly performed procedures like liposuction of the torso with or without a BBL.In fact highly experienced surges should have hundreds or even thousands of before and after pictures of these commonly perform procedures.They should be able to make accurate predictions and accurate assessment based on examining you and show you accurate and appropriate examples of what results will look like.Take careful notes during each consultation so you have a clear understanding of what your results will look like and get a sense of the amount of skill and experience if surgeon has. You should make notes in regards to both quantity and quality of before and after pictures shown.Being shown a handful of impressive results is completely insufficient to vet the plastic surgeon or to get a clear understanding of what your results will look like.Based on your post I don’t think you’re anywhere close to being ready to have surgery.You should consider losing weight first and it doesn’t sound like you’ve gone through the surgery vetting process thoroughly at all.Debility to deliver consistent quality results for this procedure varies massively depending on who you choose for the procedure.Vetting plastic surgeons requires having in person consultations.I do not recommend people have virtual consultations and I definitely do not recommend people travel long distances for elective surgical procedures.When in doubt slow down and schedule more consultations.In your case you may want to consider slowing down and begin the needed weight loss as well.Spending thousands of dollars on surgery with low certainty in regards to provider selection and not having a clear understanding in regards to your own candidacy for the procedure puts you at higher risk for having a disappointing outcome.It’s definitely possible to minimize the risk of that by having a more structured approach to provider selection and getting a quality assessment.In the end there are only two variables that matter.Patient candidate seat in the skill of the surgeon.Before scheduling surgery you need to have a very good understanding of your candidacy for the procedure.This means you need to be able to differentiate all the different tissue variables of why you look the way they do in comparison to what you’re hoping to achieve.
