One week post op, my experience with Dr. Webb and the staff at AirSculpt has surpassed my expectations. The day of the surgery, I’ll admit I was having second thoughts. I was concerned about the risks. I’m so pleased with how well the procedure went and Dr. Webb’s care and setting me at ease. I was in good hands and my recovery has been smooth. The staff have been supportive, courteous and patient as they’ve answered questions. I can’t be more pleased about the first week results and I look forward to seeing the final outcome!
Nearly two years ago now I made the decision to modify my progressing double chin. This is not something that I would naturally consider because aging is part of life, I was happy, healthy and at a great place in life but somehow every time I looked in the mirror or had a picture taken with my grandchildren it made me feel very sad. Fortunately my Husband and I had know Dr. Webb personally and I consider that to be my huge blessing. I moved forward and received the most exceptional care. I felt very confident and comfortable throughout my journey and have never regretted it. I’m just a normal Wife, Mom, sister, Grandmother. I no longer work in public but I have never felt more like myself. My experience with Dr. Leland was above and beyond what I had expected. I had been waiting on a breast reduction for more than 15 years and stumbling upon his practice was a blessing. He made me feel comfortable from consult to surgery and made me feel like I was in great hands. The surgery scars are barely visible, the results are beautiful and the reduction has given me a new lease on life, as well as improving my confidence and self-esteem. I would highly recommend anyone who’s looking to transform their image in the best way knowing you’re receiving the best treatment. Thank you Dr.!
Dr Webb was kind, considerate and honest. I went in scared of the possible outcome after a difficult diagnosis. He not only did a fantastic job reconstructing my breasts, with minimal scars and smooth lines. But helped me feel secure and confident not only in his abilities but in my body change.
Dr. Webb is absolutely wonderful and I recommend him to everyone that mentions they are thinking about getting any type of cosmetic surgery done. I saw 3 other Dr.'s before finding Dr. Webb and I did not like any of them. He made me feel comfortable & I could tell he genuinely cares about his patients. He is the best of the best in every way a Dr. should be.
I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Webb. He was super professional from the consultation through my follow-up visits. I was VERY nervous to have my implants removed after having them for 20 years, but he made me feel very comfortable with the procedure and recovery, I'm happy to say that I am now 1-year post-procedure and I couldn't be happier with how the final results ended up. I have no more mold in my blood, my neck pain is gone and I feel 100% healthy again! And my boobs look fantastic! Dr. Webb was amazing! He was so kind, patient, and understanding with my particular goals, in stark contrast to other plastic surgeons I had consulted previously. Each time I saw Dr. Webb, he greeted me with a smile and had a very comforting presence. He was relatable and shared personal stories of himself and his experiences with injuries, scars, and the healing process. Most importantly, his work was incredible. I was particularly concerned with finding the best plastic surgeon as I was having an excision on my face. I'm so happy I found him and am so grateful for the incredible results.
Dr. Webb is hands-down the best doctor in the valley. I interviewed quite a few before deciding on him. Most importantly he’s a Christian man and that was so important to me. I had heard a couple of horror stories from people that I knew, about how uncaring And negligent some of their doctors had been during their surgery. Dr. Webb prayed with me before surgery when I asked him to and he cared for me like a sister throughout my recovery. I would not trust another doctor in this valley, based on the stories I’ve heard. Dr. Webb is a good man and an excellent surgeon. I’m very happy with my work and recommend him to everyone I know.
Dr. Webb, a man of excellent integrity, is a top quality doctor in every way. Naturally, his staff is also of highest quality. You can relax, knowing that you’re receiving the very best of care when entering this practice!
Dr. Webb was amazing from "soup to nuts"! He made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. I actually miss going to my office visits to see him and Adrian. Highly recommend for all of you mommy makeover needs...you will not be disappointed! One of the ways to combat the sagging skin that can occur with weight loss is to add volume back in the form of Fat grafting . The hardest part here is the small amount of fat remaining. Furthermore, I do agree with you that implants in this area are fraught with difficulty. Nevertheless, if you discuss your goals with a board-certified plastic surgeon, they may find that they can harvest some fat for Fat grafting to provide you with some additional volume in this area. There are other options to include a lift in this area, however, this is a more comprehensive surgery with scarring. Have that conversation with a board-certified plastic surgeon and I think you can find a good option. We are happy to help in any way we can.
Some of this is hard to counsel you on because we don’t necessarily have your pre-operative photos. Although it does appear that in your pictures, there is some bottoming out of the implants. This could be contributing to the wandering nipple. The correction of a bottoming out implant can be a bit of a challenging surgical intervention, and I would recommend having a conversation with a board-certified plastic surgeon or your previous surgeon to discuss your goals. Sometimes underlying anatomic changes and natural pre-existing asymmetries are further magnified with the surgeries. We are happy to help in any way we can.
With this height and weight this put your BMI around 32. I do usually tell people that a BMI above 30 does start to slowly increase your risk of a wound complication, wound breakdown, or an infection, however, I think it would be safe for you to have surgery. I also think that the options that you desire in addressing your breasts and abdomen are safe options. Discuss your goals with a board-certified plastic surgeon and I think you have the opportunity at an excellent result. We are happy to help in any way we can.
High blood pressure can be a problem, especially in certain surgeries that are done were bleeding can be an issue, such as a facelift. However, this does not rule out Plastic Surgery has a safe option for you. It is always best to meet with a board-certified plastic surgeon to assess your goals as well as the safety of any surgery. Additionally, if blood pressure can be easily controlled, then they shouldn’t be an issue. We are happy to help in any way we can.
Yes, he would be a great candidate for breast augmentation without a lift. Understand that a lift may be required at some point in your future, and the size of the implant may determine your end results, however, often an implant can help slightly lift the nipple into a better position. Right now the position of your nipple is not a dependent place on the breast which means you can likely do just fine with an Aug. He will be a great candidate. Please let us know how we can help in anyway.
