Hi. I'm 5'7 and roughly about 170.. I'm over my BMI a tad. I know I'm going to need a tummy tuck but I want lipo on my stomach first. I have love handles. I want a vixen butt. Would it possible to achieve 1500 ccs on each cheek looking at my stomach, back or even 360 lipo?
Answer: Tummy tuck, liposuction and BBL candidate Thank you for your question. Based on the pictures you appear to be a good candidate for full tummy tuck with muscle repair, intense liposuction in your stomach, laterals and love handles to provide you a slimmer waist, finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL). Kind regards

Answer: BBL and TT Dear Powerful954464, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Vixen shape/butt/hips - is it possible to achieve 1500 ccs per cheek or more? Great posted photos!. Yes you will need 2 separate surgeries. Starting with lipo 360 and BBL. Asking fir a specific amounts of fat to be injected is not logical. Over inflating fat into the buttock without using ultrasound guided injections could cause serious complications. Plus if fat injected under too much pressure that will cause fat cell death/necrosis. Brest to virtual consult with.... Fees from $6,000.

Answer: Choosing the correct procedure Based on your pictures it looks like visceral fat is a significant issue and this should probably be dealt with before considering any surgical procedure. To reduce your visceral fat you’ll need to lose weight and you’re better off losing the weight first because A lower BMI should be your baseline or you’ll have a bulging abdomen. Patients are always better off losing weight prior to having cosmetic surgery. different plastic surgeons have different opinions whether a tummy tuck should be performed first for the BBL done first. There are advantages and disadvantages for both and some plastic surgeons prefer to do them as combined procedures. Regardless weight loss needs to be part of the equation and its best done first. I suggest having multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons who have experience with both procedures. Best, Mats Hagstrom
