The nose shape you want can be made. Your septum is curve to the left in front. However, this curvature does not affect your left nasal tip when you smile. If you notice, your left mouth corner stays lower when you smile. It has to do with mimic muscles and partly the lack of symmetry of one half of our face to the other, which we all have.
