My surgeon is telling me ab boards and foams aren’t necessary and counter productive after lipo 360 and bbl. I know a lot of girls use them. But are they necessary? Will i get same results if i dont use an ab board, back board and foams?

During 360 liposuction an amount of fat is take off from your body and this cause lymphatic liquid to be create in your body specially the areas where you have the liposuction done, the use of the Faja and massages can help to this liquid to be reduce with the past of the days, the use of the boards can depend how is the patient creating liquid, some patient needs more compression and this board can help the to reduce that as well. With this I want to let you know, not all the patients needs the boards.
