KALSOW/TEAM: I had a great experience with Dr. Serge Kalsow! I was an out of state patient from Boston. His team made the process super simple and they were flawless! Natasha and Sophia two thumbs up, fricken amazing. They always answered my questions before AND AFTER my surgery. I had no complications just normal healing, but through the process you’re not sure what’s normal and what’s not and they were always there via patient portal. MY RESULTS/SURGERY I am now 4 months and I couldn’t be happier with my results. What a change in shape! I was completely flat in my behind and now I got some booty! The awake lipo I will say was a tad painful, but not unbearable I would do it again. He is worth the money! I will be seeing him again! Updated on 15 Jul 2025: I will be back for my TT but thank god I have some shape now! I “feel” completely healed even though some say a year PO is when you still see full results. I have more of a bum to fill out jeans and a better figure overall. I am now 5 months and happy with what Dr. K did for me! I have no pain or bruising. I was almost pain free after 2 weeks. Can’t wait to go back and have another procedure. He is worth the money imo and not being put to sleep I felt was safer!

Doctor Kaslow and his staff gave me the ultimate 5 star treatment. Natasha and Sophia guided me every step of the way from day one until days after the surgery. Dr. Kaslow executed my surgery and I am so happy with my result. I’m only 3 weeks post op and I love how I look and I’m not even fully healed. If you’re looking for a great plastic sergeant he’s the way to go.

Amazing! This is my second liposuction procedure and I had a horrendous experience the first time with a surgeon in Upper East side (a lot of pain and discomfort during procedure). My first one was chin and felt like an eternity. I was hesitant to do Lipo360 because it is so much longer and more extensive. I had a great experience with Dr. K and the time passed in the blink of an eye (probably the Xanax). I did local anesthesia and didn’t feel a thing, it was less painful than a vaccine shot. I would do it again in a heartbeat. He doesn’t talk much but I think his work speaks for itself. My waist line started at 31 inches. 6 weeks later I was at 27 inches… my muffin top was 36 inches and now 34. Even my rib cage is smaller (undercut was 32 now it is 30.5). He didn’t leave an ounce of fat! He took out almost 4L I think? Crazy My advice is DO IT and also keep up with your lymphatic drain massages. When it’s post-op, take your bandages off in the shower (your bathroom floor will thank me).

The Dr and staff at dreams plastic surgery are all very pleasant. I had liposuction 360 & BBL. I healed very well with minimal pain and am pleased that Dr. K made me look natural. The price of the procedure was also reasonable. Over all was a great experience, staff checks in on you often during recovery and are more than willing to answer any questions or schedule appointments for any concerns.

To start of if I can give more than 5 stars I would . From the very moment I decided to do my procedure Sophia has been supportive ,friendly, has patience and she always been there for any questions I may have . I would recommend anyone to do their surgery or any procedure with Dr.Sergei Kalsow because from the front desk to the surgeon you will receive an amazing treatment.I am very grateful and happy for everything!.

I had an amazing experience at Dreams plastic surgery, Dr. Kalsow is amazing, soft spoken and does magic with his hands. The best part of my experience was with Sophia, she is a gem. Her customer service is exceptional, she talked me through everything numerous times, very patient compassionate and reassuring.

So I did lipo & a BBL last December for some reason I wasn't pleased with my abdominal area. I went for my follow-up and stated my issue which Dr K didn't give me a hard time. He told me I could come back for a revision. I did my revision and is now resting and healing. Let me tell y'all about my girl Natasha she's the best coordinator. Always a call or text away, when I tell u I was stressing about this whole thing best believe I was. But with the help of Natasha, she helps to calm me down. She was there from the beginning and is. I highly recommend Dreams Plastic for all your procedures. You won't be disappointed and make sure you ask NATASHA.

Underwent lipo 360 one week ago and I am really happy with the results so far, and I know as the swelling goes down things will get even better. Dr Kalsow was so wonderful; he took time to explain everything and understand my concerns and expectations. The office staff was so friendly and helpful as well, and so easy to message them and ask questions. I shopped around NYC for a surgeon, and after meeting 3 other surgeons I choose Dr. Kalsow for a few reasons. He was the only surgeon that offered to do lipo 360 under sedation, and not general anesthesia. I work in anesthesia, so I know that it is surgeon preference as to what they offer the patient for this procedure, by doing this under sedation I was able to save 3-4k for the anesthesia fee. Another reason was that after my consultation with Dr. Kalsow I was talking to one of the office workers, she is a surgical tech that also helps at the front desk. I asked her, healthcare worker to healthcare worker, if she would recommend a friend or family member to Dr. Kalsow. She said that she would, and that before she worked with Dr. Kalsow, she got a procedure done at Dreams from Dr.Kalsow and was so pleased with the results. I felt that I could trust her, as she was a patient of his before even working there, and that really cemented my feelings that Dr. Kalsow is a skilled surgeon that can be trusted. Also another big reason I went with Kalsow. The other surgeons I consulted always gave me two prices; one with just lipo, and another higher price which included some etching. Dr Kalsow gave me one price which included some etching. I never asked more about this, but during the consultation I remember him saying ‘I always do a little etching and skin tightening so that it will look really great’. I think he just likes to produce good results and doesnt try and upcharge the patient which is so respectable. If I am able to edit this review and add pictures in a few weeks I absolutely will, I just dont want to add them now due to some swelling (just a week postop)
