Options for best results for Liposuction 360? (photos)

Thank you for your question. Looking at the photos you have provided it does look like you may have some intra abdominal fat. That is fat under your abdominal wall muscles and around the intestinal area. The only way to lose that would be a low carb diet and exercise. I do agree liposuction for the love handles, bra roll and back is a great option. Your Surgeon would probably recommend coming across the front of the belly as well. Once you get closer to your goal weight and if you have some extra skin then you can consider a tummy tuck. Any fat that is removed can be used for a fat transfer if you decide to do so. I would recommend seeing a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in person to evaluate you and discuss your options. Best of luck to you.

Liposuction will remove the fat and tighten the skin a little bit. The area of concern of the back rolls(multiple) may not all go away with the treatment you have selected. The best option for those may be a bra-line back lift. This all comes down to what you would want as the ultimate outcome.

Liposuction 360 will result in your skin hanging. You will eventually need resection of the hanging skin. Skin tightening procedures are not effective on someone as large as you. I recommend you begin a low fat diet, core exercises such as sit-ups, planks, pilates and start wearing a compression garment. Once you get your weight down, you will be a candidate for surgery.

An aesthetically pleasing shape is something many of us desire and while proper nutrition, exercise and weight control are very important, sometimes we cannot achieve our goals. Simply getting older can play a role in the appearance of our bodies. If you desire the most dramatic improvement, then a full lift can help you achieve your goals. This removes excess fat and skin, and tightens muscles. However, a mini lift or just liposuction are very good procedures and many patients are happy with only these surgeries. Any of these procedures can be improved with fat injections. In general, someone has to have fat for us to be able to perform liposuction on it and inject it into a different area of their body. Please remember that typically about 30 to 50% of fat survives when it is injected. Additionally not all fat that is removed can be injected. It is important to have realistic expectations. If they do not have enough fat, sometimes I will even tell a patient to try to gain some weight so we have more fat harvest if this is important to them. It really depends on your specific examination. There are usually many options. I would recommend that you see a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area that is a member of both ASPS & ASAPS and performs a lot of tummy tucks and body contouring. Hello and thank you for posting. You can! But only if you understand the limitations of your procedure. You are not the ideal candidate for liposuction with skin tightening. It would definitely be an improvement and you will look good and you will be happy with your results, but a Tummy Tuck with lipo would give you a tighter tummy. This is because you don’t have loose skin now, but once the fat is gone after lipo, you will have some excess and loose skin for sure.

Conclusion: Skin tightening will HELP avoid excess or loose skin after lipo but si not comparable to a Tummy Tuck if you understand this you will be very happy. Plus, if you want to get a tummy tuck in the future you will have even better results.

You can consider having liposuction 360 but it's important that you discuss your goals with a board certified plastic surgeon first. You will want to talk about what you would like and don't want as a result of surgery so that the appropriate procedures can be suggested for you. Liposuction 350 can contour your curves, but it's essential that you understand what it can and can't do to help you get the look you want.

I would suggest doing the liposuction and skin tightening with radiofrequency like ThermiTight or plasma energy like Renuvion. I would avoid the fat transfer for now because of the compression garments needed.
