I want to have lipo 360 with more focus in the back and bra line as that's where most of my insecurities lie. As well as lipo to the sides and stomach and arms. I also was considering getting a transfer of fat to the sides to even out my silhouette to be more curvy as I'm broad shouldered. My question is can I get away with getting lipo and skin tightening procedure? I'm 27, 215lbs and had no children (and no plans for them) my skin isnt loose and I started working out

That is fat under your abdominal wall muscles and around the intestinal area. The only way to lose that would be a low carb diet and exercise. I do agree liposuction for the love handles, bra roll and back is a great option. Your Surgeon would probably recommend coming across the front of the belly as well. Once you get closer to your goal weight and if you have some extra skin then you can consider a tummy tuck. Any fat that is removed can be used for a fat transfer if you decide to do so. Answer: Liposuction I would suggest doing the liposuction and skin tightening with radiofrequency like ThermiTight or plasma energy like Renuvion. I would avoid the fat transfer for now because of the compression garments needed.
