I had 360 lipo may 28, 2022 i am 7 months post op and the upper part of my stomach is bulging out in the shape of a ball. Is this normal?
Answer: Liposuction post op Thank you for your question. Looking at your photo that you have posted it looks like you maybe dealing with some intra abdominal fat. This is fat deep down under your abdominal wall muscles. I would suggest low carb diet and exercise to see if you can reduce the intra abdominal fat. Best of luck to you.

An in person evaluation is needed, but based on the provided photo the contour that concerns you can be from a few different things. One is visceral fat, which is the internal fat around the organs. This is not addressed by liposuction. Another potential option is abdominal wall laxity. I encourage you to visit with your surgeon for an evaluation and discussion of your concerns.
