Am I a good candidate for lipo 360 and inner thigh lipo Or do I need tt and thigh lift? (photos)

Question

I am scheduled for a BBL with ab etching and inner thigh lipo. I have not met my dr in person yet and am nervous that he's going to tell me that I need a tummy tuck and thigh lift. I know the photos that I posted don't show my thighs too much but please answer to the best of your ability.

Hello @Fabulous127033, thank you for your question. It depends on the surgical technique and the technology used by the specialist. For example, laser, Vaser or micro-air. In this way, using state of the art equipment and technology can be much safer than using conventional techniques. In some cases the evaluation prior to surgery shows whether or not the patient requires this type of technology. In other cases, it may be the physician's decision to use it depending on the experience he/she has with each piece of equipment. Patients who undergo sectorized liposuction must be chosen very carefully because the body is extremely intelligent and where fat has not been removed it tends to accumulate more. It is important to make a good evaluation prior to surgery where a surgical plan is agreed with the specialist taking into account the patient's expectations and especially if the skin is flaccid or not flaccid. In the photos, we can see a little laxity in the lower belly. We should examine this and decide whether a laser or TID can be used to improve this or if a mini-tummy tuck is the best option. Yes, lipo360 will make a good difference.  You have about a liter and a half of fat that can be removed.  The inner thighs are blocked or cut off in your photos.

From your side view, it appears your abdomen is protruding forward. This may be corrected with a mini tummy tuck and may use mesh at the same time. I cannot assess your thighs as the photographs are inadequate.

Based on the picture you appear to be good candidate for intense liposuction in your belly, waist, laterals and the back to improve your body contour and provide you better silhouette, finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

About the thighs in the pictures we cannot see the thighs to provide an evaluation about that part.

Thank you so much for your question and yes definitely you are a excellent candidate for 360 lipo and inner thigh lipo; a lift is recommend for patient with extra skin and based on your pictures this is not your case, it's very important to do a physical evaluation with a board certified plastic surgeon to have a diagnosis and treatment based on your needs.

From the photos it appears you are a good candidate for liposuction.  Though an in person evaluation is always best, it does not appear you need to consider a thigh lift.  For the tummy you could consider liposuction or a tummy tuck depending on your surgical goals.

From your photos, it appears that you would be a candidate for lipo 360 with inner thigh liposuction as well.  If during a physical exam I found that your skin was thin or loose (above and below the belly button), then I would consider an abdominoplasty.
