Can I have an explant and lift in the same procedure? (Photos)

I’d like to know if it’s perfectly fine to have both these procedures done at the same time & what can i expect from the results . Ie As in size I used to be a 34c before breastfeeding at age 25 then wevt down to a 34 b but my weight was only approx 56 kg back then . I am now 58 , 61 kg .

You can expect that once the implants are removed your surgeon will remove excess skin as well as correct the nipple position. Yes you can definitely have an explant and lift at the same time. You just have to be aware and more importantly be ok that you will be much smaller that you currently are. 
There are so many options and pathways you can take when it comes to explant and lifts. It all winds down to your personal preference and what is right for you at this current state in your life.
Again it is completely a personal choice but more importantly is that you see a board certified or eligible PLASTIC surgeon to do your consult and procedure as they will be the ones to help guide you through all the options that are available to you.
