I had been putting off having revision surgery for a long time. After having implants for 30 years and breastfeeding 4 children, they were very much in need of replacing. There was capsular contracture, which was causing some pain and discomfort, also rippling (saline implants) and one side had bottomed out. I had felt embarrassed and ashamed of them for a long time and it was affecting intimacy with my husband. It was a bit overwhelming with all the surgeons to choose from, not knowing who I could trust with such an important decision and I wanted to hear honest feedback from real people. I am so glad that I found Dr Tansley from realself reviews. We knew from the first appointment that he was the surgeon we wanted. He is very professional, extremely thorough and has such a calm, gentle manner. My husband and I are extremely happy with the final result. It has been such a huge boost to my self-confidence and the whole procedure has brought us closer together. I still can't believe it's me when I look in the mirror!

Whilst Patrick (aka Paul) was not the Doctor I initially saw and spoke with, he was certainly there on my surgery day and was an integral part of my outcome. Patrick is incredibly professional and certainly very passionate about what he does. He and Sugitha have a working relationship that is well respected by both parties. There have been many involved in my “life changing” experience, but having someone as talented and professional as Patrick has made a long time dream of mine come true and for that I will be forever thankful.

I cannot recommend Patrick and Sigitha enough. They made myself and my husband feel so comfortable and incredibly informed about every aspect of the procedure including the recovery. I had a breast implant revision and due to the thorough examination it was discovered I had a ruptured implant and had significant work required on my pockets due to previous surgery. I also upsized from 425cc implants to 700cc implants with a nipple reduction after breast feeding. They listened to what I wanted and gave me results that have absolutely exceeded my expectations. Dr Patrick was quick to determine that that I had very active pectoral muscles that had pulled my previous implants into my armpits and had limited my cleavage, he used reinforced stitching and also post surgery foam on my underarms/side of my breasts to brace the new implants and not allow the strong muscles to push the implants into my armpits, I now have the cleavage of my dreams. I also have been blown away by the service Amanda at reception has given, she has made the process so personable and no question or request was too much what a gem she is!

I was diagnosed with Breast cancer in 2011 and lost a third of my right breast. In 2015 I had reconstructive surgery which was completely botched, leaving me disfigured and distressed. I sought out Mr Tansley's advice on my options to improve the mess I was left with. After meticulous explanations of the procedure I chose and pre-surgery tests to prepare the surgery for a latissimus doors flap, I had the surgery. The result was fantastic! It was worth the expected pain and recovery time. The 5 hour surgery included a left breast reduction to make an almost perfect pair. The fine work was remarkable. It is healing beautifully. Mr Tansley is a master at his craft. He is kind, patient, calm, gentle with a lovely English accent to top it all off. Please ladies, if you need help with breast reconstruction, seek out Patrick, you won't find better.

My consult with DrTansley was one of three and as soon as I met Patrick and Sugitha I knew that I had found my surgeons. Knowledgeable, caring and took the time to understand my needs and my situation, when other surgeons were dismissive and arrogant. He was understanding of my concerns surrounding my health and that my implants may be affecting it and didn't dismiss these feelings. By choosing Dr Tansley I had the benefit of two experienced surgeons there for the whole procedure and follow up. The whole team at NEP are amazing and nothing is ever too much. Im very happy with the results after my explant and lift and very grateful to Dr Tansley and Dr Senevirante!
