Possible Results after Removal - will my breasts look deformed?

Hi There, I woud highly appreciae your opinion on the following sitution: At the age of 35, I had dual plane silicon implants inserted 225cc. Now I am 50, and have a ruptured implant on the left side, includng constant pain since 3 weeks. I want to remove. I had an AA cup before. the MRI shows there is very little breast tissue at the upper pole down to the nippls, and no own tissus from the nipple down to the fold. - If I remove, of course I will be flat and deflated. But will the skin have dents and looking uneven (deformed) or nipples been drawn inside (I have seen such pictures here) or will it "just look deflated and flat" or deformed? Two surgeons I saw did not even want to discus the opton to remove they just said I would regret. Others suggsted to try and see. I HAVE NO FAT FOR TRANSFER AS I AM SKINNY
