225cc silicon implant, left is ruptured. Would removal likely lead to deformity? (Photos)
Very grateful for all advice from any truly experienced explant experts: I have 225cc silicon implant, left is ruptured. I would love to remove, even if being almost flat after. However, I could not leave with deformity, such as scarred down tissue on the lower pole. - From your experience, would removal lead to an acceptable or deformed look? If so, with or without lift? I consulted with 6 experts and got information in all directions: but I am not sure if they truly are experienced with my situation. Noone showed pictures. I feel I have to make an important decision based on no basis. Pic from MRI last month. Hardly any tissue on the lower pole. I HAVE NO FAT FOR FAT TRANSFER.
