Hello, I have always been self conscious with my side profile and I was wondering what procedures could be done to better my appearance?

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Answer: Facial Contouring with Fillers (Juvederm Voluma, Vollure, Volbella, Radiesse, Bellafil), Sculptra, Fat Grafting, Implants Facial sculpting and contouring can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Countour, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. Answer: Genioplasty You are a great candidate for a genioplasty. The lower portion of your face is short compared to the rest. Most of this has to do with the chin. In some cases, this means that the lower jaw did not grow far enough forward. However, a genioplasty would allow us to move your chin into any position we like. In your case, it would be forward and down. This would create a well balanced profile, and a stronger, more defined jawline. This procedure would also move the labiomental fold (the chin crease) to improve the overall aesthetic appearance. You also appear to be a candidate for buccal fat removal, which would decrease some of the fullness in your cheeks, and take a little weight off the jawline. Potentially, and only if this is something that bothers you, you could consider a rhinoplasty to soften the nose as well.
