You are a great candidate for a genioplasty. The lower portion of your face is short compared to the rest. Most of this has to do with the chin. In some cases, this means that the lower jaw did not grow far enough forward. However, a genioplasty would allow us to move your chin into any position we like. In your case, it would be forward and down. This would create a well balanced profile, and a stronger, more defined jawline. This procedure would also move the labiomental fold (the chin crease) to improve the overall aesthetic appearance. You also appear to be a candidate for buccal fat removal, which would decrease some of the fullness in your cheeks, and take a little weight off the jawline. Potentially, and only if this is something that bothers you, you could consider a rhinoplasty to soften the nose as well.
