This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry you need maxillofacial surgery or implants customized. I suggest seeing an expert to go through all options. Most of my younger clients use fillers to give them shaping especially on the cheeks, jawline, and chin which make the face look more slim and tight; and threads such as PDO or Instalift can build collagen and support the facial shaping and skin looseness over time, slowing down the aging process and given the face a more “snatched” look; and morpheus8 or PiXel8 deep microneedling RF can tighten crepe skin especially on the neck and jawline and is great for long term tightening of the full face, neck and chest; its often used to give the face a slimmer more sculpted look because it tightens the skin and gives lift. an early face lift can be performed as well even in younger clients if they want a different facial shape, maxillofacial surgery with bone breaking or shaving can also be done. To help you evaluate whether buccal fat reduction could be relevant to achieving goals, I suggest that you examine your facial features lying down completely flat versus sitting up. When you lie down completely flat, the appearance of the face has a lot in common with the impact of a deep plane facelift intervention. If in this situation you feel that the lower face has the contours that you seek to achieve, it may not be necessary to incorporate buccal fat reduction in the treatment plan.

Overall, a combination of deep plane facelift and deep plane neck lift would represent the most effective contouring along the jawline, for the marionette lines and for the contour of the neck. Other interventions like liposuction and mini lifts can also provide improvements, but they would be more limited.

Rhinoplasty surgery can be combined with the facial and neck contouring or can be carried out separately.

From the photos presented, you have significant fat deposits in the neck located both above and below the platysma muscle. A surgical neck lift would be required to remove both compartments of fat including a platysma – plasty to significantly improve the jawline. You also have a recessive and narrow chin, therefore consider placement of a chin implant at the same time. A closed rhinoplasty can accomplish shaving down the small dorsal hump on your nose along with narrowing the tip and narrowing the bridge line. All of these procedures can be performed together or separately depending upon your goals. They are all performed under general anesthesia as an outpatient surgical procedure.

I think what you want it to look attractive.
Facial aesthetics in young people is almost completely determined by bone structure. The difference between those who are born with attractive faces versus those who are not as attractive or feminine faces versus masculine faces all have their attributes because of facial skeletal anatomy. soft tissue coverage tends to be fairly consistent from person to person with the exception of those who are obese who just have slightly more subcutaneous fat at least while they are overweight.
With age comes facial aging which is a bit different and facial edging has more to do with soft tissues.
To change your inherent facial attractiveness generally requires looking at bone structure. treatments for facial aging often have to do with manipulating soft tissues like a face lift mid face volume etc. etc.
An accurate comprehensive full facial assessment is a lot to discuss and there’s probably worthy of at least an hour long consultation.
Defined the right plastic surgeons you first need to understand your own candidacy and that requires having some assessments(getting diagnoses).
Once you have an idea of what procedure if you’re interested in you shouldn’t have in person consultation and ask each plastic surgeon to show their entire collection of before and after pictures for that procedure.
Do you need to understand what average results look like in the hands of each provider and get some reference of how many of these procedures each provider has performed.
