Do I have perioral mounds? How can I treat this area? (Photo)

It looks like you do have perioral mounds. If you have filler in your perioral mounds, you can get it dissolved with hyaluronidase. If the hyaluronidase doesn't work, you need to get it excised. This can be done with a facelift, intraoral, or cut in the nasal labial fold. I have removed product on hundreds, maybe thousands of patients over the past 23 years. Photos are very helpful but nothing better then in person examination. I do not think these are peri oral mound but early signs of jowling. Might offer anterior mini facelift with SMAS plication with nano/micro fat grafts. Fee $8,000.
