Age 20, why is there a lot of skin under chin? (Photos)

Question

Im fairly lean but there has a always been a bit more skin under chin and around jaw area. I was wondering what I could do to deal with this. Or if im wrong please let me know. Im 20 by the way.

As we age, collagen breaks down, resulting in loss of skin strength and elasticity. Based on your pictures don’t appear to have an abnormal amount of skin. Contour of the lower one third of the face and neck is primarily determined upon the shape and size of the Mandible and fascial skeletal relationships.
There is no evidence that you have skin laxity or loss of skin elasticity. 
Maybe spend just a little less time looking in the mirror.
I don’t see a need for surgical intervention.
