5 days post-op, I'm concerned about the current lack of symmetry as well as possible capular contracture. Is this normal? (photo

I have Mentor's smooth silicone 325 cc moderate plus implants subpectorally placed. My left side (im left handed) seems very tight and looks strange, though both don't look great to me. I am pretty muscular, but have breastfed 4 children. Prior to surgery I had shrunk to a tiny 34AA (mainly just stretched skin from previous breastfeeding, not much breasts at all). Should I be worried about my current result?
