Jourdan Gottlieb, MD

After 3 c sections, the muscles and skin on my abdomen were very stretched out. I thought about having a tummy tuck for years but didn't pursue it until I was in my 50s. I set up a consultation at the Nacify Rejuvenation Center with Dr. Jourdan Gottlieb. The staff there were great, very friendly and knowledgeable. After the consult, I felt comfortable about scheduling the procedure with Dr. Gottlieb. He told me how he would do the procedure, about scar placement, and was honest about what the outcome would be like.
I had the procedure two months later. The staff was great pre and post op. Even weeks after surgery, the surgical staff and the doctor are very available, even after hours.
The results way exceeded my expectations. I wish I would have done this earlier, but glad I finally did it and had Dr. Gottlieb and the Nacify Center do the work. I would highly recommend them.

I am so extremely happy with my results so far today is day one of my post op. I feel like I got kicked by a horse in both breasts, but it is worth the beautiful results! I started with a 34B and 141lb and the 375 cc moderate profile was absolutely stunning on my body figure, big and beautiful but not crazy fake looking.

It feels like burning in my incisions but that's normal, it's hard to raise my arms but the ice packs on the sides help a lot! Keeping hydrated. Is isn't realize how much I used my pecks until now. I took my first shower I feel a bit better and mor comfortable after. Breast straps are painfull...

Hurting a lot more than yesterday. If I stay on top the Meds it's bearable. There is a lot of pressure. And the incisions burn. I will get through this but so far... I have beautiful breasts! Can't wait till the drop and fluff I am already hoping to take a trip to Victoria secret after I heal up! So excited.

The neck pillow and a backwards shoulder ice pad works wonders, I've also been eating Popsicles like crazy. Had to take a laxative because my stomach is backing up and bloating due to Meds. Keeping hydrated with an ACME size water bottle :P I don't know what I would do without my adjustable bed! Oh man! Husband also bought be a raised toilet seat so I won't have to bend as much. Such a sweetheart :)

I'm feeling good enough to go walk around the fair grounds for my favorite festival. Going to take it easy though have a wheeler if I get to exhausted to fast. Pain has subsided 10 fold. Still burns at incision site and a bit of sight pressure and pain completely manageable at this point. I am using natural balm on my breasts to help with the tightness of my skin.

Day 4 going great. Sore on the incision site still and the brusing hurts but manageable. Can't wait till the healing is over lol!

The day before I over exerted myself so I slept pretty much all day long as well as last night, my left breast has dropped perfectly into place just waiting for righty to make its way down. The right side is bruised a bunch been trying to ice it and keep swelling down. Pretty painful at this point the Meds are helping just a bit but not as well as they were, my body doesn't handle brusing well, it gets so tender. I get to see my doctor tomorrow for the follow up appointment! Yay

I have done everything to make myself do the "business" my tummy hurts and has been bloated since day 1. I can't wait till I can stop these Meds and the pain subsides so this can be over. On a good note my breasts are getting better every day, the look and the pain. Bruising hurts the worst, so movement isn't my best friend right now.

Wow I surprised when she took off the tape and my incisions were basically invisible and healed it has only been 6 days since surgery. She added new sterile tape just in case. Luckily I have the invisible sutures and dissolvable. I still have to wear the surgical bra and strap a while but I did stop and get a few bralettes from Victoria secret ;)

Each day I get up is pretty sore but everyday is better than the last. I went to Victoria secret and bought a cute baby doll nighty too bad I can't wear it without the surgical bra just yet. Can't wait!

Taking longer for the right one to drop can't wait till I'm semetrycal again. Feels weird the right is so tight and left is all squishy and nice come on little buddy!

I have been trying to lose weight to go with my new additions. I am finally logging my food and watching what I eat, exercising and staying heathy. My breasts are still tight and hurt a bit when I work out hoping the pain will go away soon. It's really annoying. I can finally sleep on my sides but in thw morning my breasts are so sore. I regret it every time but it's so comfortable. My incisions are doing great. I use biocorneum to help reduce the brightness and visibility seems to be working great!

I could not possibly be happier with my surgeon, and the results of my breast augmentation. I had wanted this procedure for 11yrs before I finally decided to go for it. They look and feel natural, and every insecurity I ever had about my breasts are GONE! I had no complications, and amazing results!

Surgery day:

Arrived at the surgery center at 800am and was taken back to change into a gown, compression socks/ take weight & do preg trest. Per the anesthesiologist, I took one Valium an hour earlier to help calm me down.

After that I was put in the OR and anesthesiologist numbed my arm and put in an IV. (No pain at all; no dizziness) seconds later I woke up in the recovery room. I felt very drowsy and was talking a little jibberish. But other than that pretty comfortable. The only pain I felt was the Incison site under breast fold (burning feeling) Dr Gottlieb checked on me one more time, and the the nurse helped me take a few bites of pudding (along with an OxyContin pill) get dressed and walk me out to the car.

When I got home I felt severely nauseated and threw up multiple times. (Due to the Oxy on a mostly empty stomach?) took a couple Zofran (anti nausea) and felt much better.

The pain: it feels like when your milk comes in after you have a baby. (Times a thousand) it is a very tight/swollen/heavy feeling. And yes, it hurts. But with meds it's bearable.

My breast look amazing as of day one. Not high up on my chest and a normal shape.
Just very heavy and swollen. Arms near admits are sore as well.

Sleeping on and off most of today. Lots of pressure and swelling. A little pain at incision site, but generally I'm doing fine and pretty comfortable. *Make sure you have someone open your pill bottles for you! (that's totally impossible for me to do)

very drowsy but pain level has diminished greatly. No narcotics today thus far (only extra strength Tylenol) able to sleep flap on my back last finally.

This is my 2nd day without taking any pain meds! (just Tylenol) I feel very little (almost zero) discomfort. Just a little itchy in the "under boob" area.
Ladies: the first two days what helped me the most with pain was ICE. If you don't have a bag of peas or a flexible ice pack, just use a ziplock full of ice. (place a paper towel over your skin so the ice isn't directly on your breast skin) This relived the pain soooo much for me.

TMI, I know. But I am a very regular girl and after surgery I went 4 days without a bowel movement (due to anesthesia or pain meds, I think) today I drank a big glass of this powdered magnesium supplement (with hot water) and within an hour was "regular" again. THANK GOD! (my brother is a physican's assistant and gave me this advice)

Breasts getting softer and softer every day! No more incision pain (or any pain for that matter) Getting my energy back & BM's are regular again. Feeling almost back to normal!

Dr Gottlieb has a very practical professional manner, and he isn't Mr warm and fuzzy, but you are not looking for an outgoing surgeon, you are looking for the BEST surgeon. He is definitely the top surgeon for breast augmentation. I went from a tiny A to a DD. I had almost no discomfort. I recovered very quickly. Recently I had a mammogram because I discovered a lump. It ended up just being a lymph node. The mammogram technician told me that she sees women with breast implants all day long, and that she could tell that my surgeon was excellent, and that his work was the best she had seen.

Awesome experience from consultation, to scheduling all the way through to post op!! The staff at Naficy is so sweet and willing to help! The nurses are always willing to help with my thousands of questions and not to include my emails! I loved the clinic but most of all Dr. Gottlieb! Very knowledgable, meticulous, and kind. I am very very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Naficy and Dr. Jourdan Gottlieb!!!

I have been wanting implants since I was 18 but was either not able to financially or scared!! Recently I started looking into it and discovered great reviews on a surgeon in Bellevue, WA, Dr. Jourdan Gottlieb. I went in for a consult and was immediately drawn in. His staff is so nice and helpful and the office was clean and welcoming! I met with a patient coordinator first, she assisted with questions and sizing, I then met Dr. Gottlieb who went into further details did the sizing and answered questions. He was so professional and nice. I had many more questions when leaving and his staff was and still is great about answering them or calling right back. I scheduled surgery and was on my merry way.... However a week before my surgery I ended up with what I thought to be a BV infection so had to delay my surgery (ended up not being a BV just me being paranoid) when it came time to go for surgery everything was very streamlined. The CRNA called me the night before and went into details about what would happen the morning of, asked health questions, answered questions and was so kind and knowledgable! Oh I forgot to mention at my pre op appointment the nurse was very kind and thorough as well she gave me my prescription for all my mess which I picked up immediately. The morning of I was so nervous so I took a Valium with just a sip of water. Went in the nurse took me to a room had me go back to a locker room and change into a gown gave me Tylenol with just enough water to get it down. Had me also wear some compression bands on my calves (to help prevent blood clots) and warm fuzzy socks!! She put my stuff in a locker and took the key with her. I met with the surgeon he made some lines on my boobs ;) and asked me if had any questions and then next thing you know I was heading back with the CRNA to the surgery room. They had a warning blanket for me and were so kind!!! They started the IV and then I was awake!! No pain and surprised I was done already. They asked me if I was thirsty which I was and gave me some water a few minutes later some crackers and pudding then started my pain meds. On the way home I got a little nauseous but not too bad. My breasts felt swollen and heavy after the meds wore off and I won't lie the first 3 days were horrible!! Heavy big boobs that are swollen and you can barely move!!! I slept most of the days only waking to eat, and take pain meds. I did try to walk here and there as instructed but I just wanted to sleep!!! After day 3 I stopped the Percocet and was just using the Valium and Tylenol!! My breast still were firm but not as swollen. I had surgery May 28th 2015 so I am now 3 weeks post op. In the 7-8th day after surgery I started feeling burning sensations in my sternum area and left boob but only at night!!! That lasted a week and now I can sleep ok and get up ok. Today I finally decided to take off my steri strips and replace because they started getting a little dirty looking and noticed my incisions were healing very well!!! Just some scabbing... However my left incision had a little tiny hole just flesh not blood or puss... I called me surgeon who answered (did I mention he always answers my calls which I've called him at least 3x after hours) he advised me to put antibiotic ointment on it and cover with band aid and to check on it in 2 days... If it wasn't healing to come see him. Overall I'm very pleased just can't wait for them to drop and fluff!!! I kind of have boob greed and wish I would have went 500cc but then again I have to work and didn't want them to be obviously big and fake looking. So I'm happy just can't wait to be a "final" size done healing and back to my bootcamp!!

Dr. Gottlieb and staff was the most professional people we ever encounter, he was able to listener my needs and able to redirect me for the best result I was looking for, he did not push his opinion or either made me feel my was not validated, he simples showed me what he thought was the best to fit my body structure, but in the end I made my best decision to go with his recommendation and the result was fantastic, I am so happy.Se

43 Y/o, Breast Augmentation with Dr. Gottlieb! Work of Art, AMAZING RESULTS :) Bellevue, WA

I just had surgery yesterday. The pre/ op service was fantastic. And so far everything seems good. I really liked the staff and facility. I feel like I was hit by a truck, but the pain meds really help. I have been up and about ever since I got home. They even called me today to check in. Hopefully everything heals nicely. The whole procedure was only about an 1 1/2 hours, so it was very easy. Seemed like a top class facility.

So a little history on myself. I have been obsessed with this site btw! Awesome information and i love the before and after pics. With that said here it goes, in 2010 i underwent a mommy makeover by Dr. Jourdan Gottlieb of seattle plastic surgeons. I loveeeeee him and his work. He is a sweet and caring surgeon only about doing what he knows he can accomplish to make you look great. Well i had the full TT and BA with HP saline implants by nutrelle. We went with 430 cc but overfilled to 450! I love them. How ever I was done having kids etc. Well my then husband passed out that year in dec of a heart condition. I was done with having anymore kids and was heart broken. I met the love of my life a year after my ex husbands death. He is a wonderful man and father figure who raises my kids like his own and he is God's gift to me. Well we decided after 3 years to have one child together to complete our family. So here I am. My baby boy was born august 27 2014. I am looking to get some liposculpting done and BL with larger saline BA. I want to try and go for a BBL as well. I dont think i need another TT or mini tuck even as my skin wasn't stretched like previous. I will post pics and u can tell me what you would have done if you were me. Anyways my plan is to have my credit built up to where i can have enough through carecredit and the cash i will be saving starting January 2015. I want to get the surgeries done all at once and around fall 2015! Thanks for reading and any input is welcomed.
