As others have stated, Dr. Ross is cut and dry and very professional. I spoke with several other surgeons before deciding upon him. He is not pushy and will tell you if your goals are attainable or not. I was nervous to get a "nose job" as I wanted to still look like myself and not like someone who had a cookie cutter nose.
