Today is my second day post op and I feel as though I went too small. I got 345CC Mentor anatomical high profile implants, but I feel as though I should have gone to at least 425CC. My ribcage is 31". As they drop will they appear bigger than they are now. they look flat if you ask me. I wanted round perky breasts 345CC too small? Want to be a small D cup. How long before I can get a revision? I know it takes 6 months for them to "drop and fluff".

Answer: Result looks great Thanks for your question and the photos. I can appreciate being frustrated. Since you have a HP implant it maximizes the projection and fullness. We are limited in the size of implants because dimensionally they must fit in the pocket. If larger implants are chosen and they don't fit well, then the chance of malposition and asymmetry increases significantly. I think you have a great result and as time goes on it will get even better. Best of Luck!

Answer: Change implant size It can take time to become accustomed to your appearance after breast augmentation so I would recommend waiting at least several months before considering further surgery. As you mentioned, they will soften and drop for some time. If you are still dissatisfied with he result afterward, you could discuss whether inserting large implants is advisable for your body type.
