I'm going in forAugmentation surgeryin August. I'm 5'4", 160#, small 36B/large 36A, with broad shoulders/chest. Goal is large C to small/middle D. Breast Diameter ~13.8cm. Trying Mentor implants on has led me to like the appearance of 425-450cc "Moderate/1600" implant. I'm concerned that this wouldn't get me quite to my goal, so I've been also considering the 500cc Moderate Plus implant that has similar base diameter, but more projection.I've got somewhat of a mental block about the large size implant, even though I have a wide chest/shoulders/breast diameter. Any advice that you can offer until my preop appointment?
I am scheduled to have breast augmentation surgery in a couple of weeks. I'm 6'0 tall and 128 lbs, and I wear an A/B cup. I'm hoping to be a very full C or small D after my surgery. I'm getting mentor silicone gel implants under the muscle. I originally decided to get 550cc's but I'm wondering whether those will be too big and if I should get the 500cc's. I'm okay with being a D cup but I really don't want to get into DD range. I'm going next week to try them on again; but do you have any advice on which would be better and about what cup size would 500cc or 550cc give me?
I am a 24,5'6" & 130 lbs. with saline 375 mentors filled with 425cc & 435cc which makes me a 34D. I would like to be a bit smaller due to the fact that I feel a little "top heavy" and fake. I do know that I would like a little less projection so I am stuck between a 339 and a 371 silicone. I am afraid of going too small. Fitting into a C cup would be great but I can't rely on that to make a decision. Any suggestions?
Would there be much difference in the look from a 425 HP silicone implant vs a 500 silicone HP implant? Also Allergan has a larger projection but smaller diameter than Mentor, so if you are petite which would look best on your frame?
I have mild ptosis, about 1cm below the crease. What size/type implant is best without having to get a lift? My measurements are: sternal notch to nipple- 21cm; ribcage- 28in.; ribspan- 25.5cm; bwd- 12cm. I would like to be a D cup. I'm thinking Mentor smooth round hp with 400-425cc under the muscle. What are your opinions?
Hello, I went to my first consultation for a breast augmentation. I am 5'1 105 pounds and a small A cup. I have had one child so my breasts have that deflated look with no volume on top. I want silicone implants and want to be a C cup. My surgeon recommended Mentor HP implants due to my chest size and such. I stated that I wanted my breasts to still look natural and fit my frame so he recommended 375cc or 400cc implant size. Will that size be too large and make me more of a D cup?
I'm 5'9, 118 lbs, with a 25 ribcage, with a 11.5-12 cm bwd. I was a small 32B on the left, 32A on the right. I just wanted a small boost but still stay athletic looking and in proportion (full 32B). I had 235cc low profile silicone Mentor implants 4 weeks ago (11.8 cm d, 2.9 cm proj). I feel top heavy and wide; for my ribcage, it's big! I'm considering the 190cc low profile (11 cm d, 2.7 cm proj). I know it's only 45 cc, but wouldn't the 1 cm less diam make a difference on a thin person?
Hello All. English is not my mother language however I shall try to to describe the issue. I have attended 1 consultation. Doctor advised me to go with Mentor 330cc 322 cpg or 345cc 323 cpg. I am 5 feet 0 inch, weight is approx. 105 lbs. I have 27.75 inch band size and 33.00 inch in bust. Doctor said my BWD is 5 inch 1/8 (13 cm ). However, could you advise me if with 330 cc i will get the desired look or should I insist to go with 390 cc 323 cpg? For me the most important is health.
I'm 56.5, 135lbs, athletic build. Wanting the natural in clothes, kinda fake in a bikini look. My BWD is 12 am told the max I can go is270cc HPMentor to achieve the upper pole fullness and slight side boob I am after. I'm worried they will be too small on my frame as I want a full C cup. a diff surgeon I saw earlier recommended a 330cc Polytech implant which is 12.8cm wide. Is putting in an implant wider than the BW too risky when it comes to the risk of rippling etc? I'm currently a 34AA
