I have lines at the inner corner of my eyes. What treatment options are there? Also, what becomes of botox injected into facial muscles over time? Does the body process it out or is it absorbed by the body?

Answer: Treatment for upper lid fine lines A combination of an upper lid blepharoplasty and laser treatment would probably give you the best overall result, but it is much better to be fully evaluated in person by a board certified plastic surgeon. At that time all possible options can be considered.Thank you for your question and for sharing your pictures!

Answer: Lines around the eyes Based on your photos, it appears that you would benefit from upper and lower blepharoplasties, as well as laser resurfacing of the lower lids. The upper blepharoplasty would eliminate the excess skin of the upper lids. The lower bleph would take care of the "bags" or puffiness of the lower lids. And, the laser resurfacing would smooth out the fine lines of the lower lids. That being said, actual recommendations for surgery cannot be based solely on photos so you would need a consultation with one or more board certified plastic surgeons in your area.
