Dr. Heher is amazing. I tried Botox from a Groupon once prior to seeing her, and got no noticeable results. I went to Dr. Heher a few months later and the results were PERFECT. I had no frozen face, it looked very natural, yet my forehead wrinkles were 100% gone.

Just this week, I took the plunge and got the blepharoplasty that I've been waiting for. Dr. Heher is top notch and I'm so happy that I went to her for my procedure. She's very professional and highly skilled. Dr. Heher is very friendly and approachable. I highly recommend Dr. Heher. I'm only 4 days post-op and my results are amazing!

I've been going to Dr. Heher for years for botox and will definitely use her for blepharoplasty. She will not push procedures that you don't need yet..that speaks volumes about her professionalism. Always explains what she's doing and makes you feel comfortable. You have to schedule early because she's so sought after as she is also a great 'regular' eye surgeon too.

I had both upper and lower bleph in 2006 and Dr Heher did and excellent job!! I expected the swelling and bruising after, but even then I could see how beautiful my eyes were now that my bags were gone! The only regret, is that I didn't do it sooner! It took like 10 or 15 yrs off just by removing the bags and trimming the excess upper lids skin. She really is tops. I had been searching for years, visiting different plastic surgeons in the Boston area, but she does ONLY eyes! She sold me the minute I met her! Wonderful, down to earth woman! I had hyaluronidase put into the eye area under the eye brow almost 2 years ago, and I was happy with one eye, but not really with the other since the doctor put too much toward the inner corner of my eye. He kept saying that I should massage it at the time and then eventually wait for it to get absorbed. It never did. I went abroad for a year and just sort of learned to live with it, but I was always unhappy with the result - especially when I had allergies as it would really puff up in that area. When I returned to the US, I called my original doctor's office and asked about dissolving it with hyaluronidase, but he has since stopped doing cosmetic eye procedures. After some research, I found Dr Heher in Boston and went to her while on a conference in the city. She was amazing!!! She said that hyaluronidase hardly ever goes away in that eye area and therefore it must be dissolved to really make a change. She numbed my skin, I felt nothing when the needle went in, and afterwards she sort of pressured the area, and it started disappearing right there. The following day, I was so happy to see my inner eyelid again (which had been gone for as long as the filler had been there). Only a tiny needle prick bruise remained for a couple of days. I feel like I look so much better and symmetrical! I want to go back to her and see if she can tackle some malar bags I am wondering is the result from too much under-eye fillers as well. I guess it can't hurt since the dissolver only worked in the area she injected. What a nice doctor and nice experience! It cost me $300 to get it done, and she said she would inject more for free at the site if nothing happened. Luckily it did, and it was worth the money spent. Highly recommended corrective procedure by an expert doctor!

Have been using for years on my forehead and now only need to go 2X per year. I am 60 years old and the combination of Botox and fillers make me look 20 years younger. The longer you use Botox the less often you have to go. I have a friend who did it religiously for years and now she only has to go once a year or even less.

Dr Katrinka Heher is the best! I had her lift my eyelids a few years ago (4+ yrs now) and I started getting Botox injections shortly thereafter - between the two procedures, it took 10 years off my face! Dr H never recommends doing more than is necessary - she does not upsell her patients - which is easy to do in her position. Her offices are beautiful & her staff is great. I couldn't recommend her more highly! Worth every penny :-)

Dr. Heher is wonderful! I had had botox treatments in the past by another doctor, that resulted in a very unnatural look. I was quite anxious to try again, but Dr. Heher put all of my concerns at ease. Her approach is to give you a refreshed, well rested look, as opposed to someone who is unable to make facial expressions. She answered all of my questions, and was very patient with me. I would absolutely got to her again and would recommend her to anyone looking for this service.

I tried Botox a number of times with different people and felt it never made much of a difference. I then had restylane injected in my under eyes and my bags got bigger! I've never looked worse. A friend told me to go see Dr. Heher and she could help. She changed my life! She melted the bad filler and then with her technique the restylane was perfect and my bags dissappeared. I look great and no one would ever know that I had anything done. I even tried Botox again and my wrinkles dissappeared and my brows arched perfectly. It's been so worth it, but I learned you have to find the right person!

Went to Dr Heher’s office for a consultation for my droopy eyelids. She told me I had congenital ptosis and that I needed ptosis surgery and blepharoplasty together to improve my eyes. She also proceeded to tell me this would be a “crap shoot” and that she could make me better. She wasn’t very optimistic despite her friendly manner. I had the surgery and it failed completely.

Upper eyelids are still droopy and also uneven with one eye more open than the other one. When I had the follow up visit after my surgery, Dr. Heher said i was “out of luck” when I asked if a second surgery would open my eyes more. I was so depressed I hardly go out and interact socially and wear sunglasses as much as I can. If any of you need ptosis surgery, spend your money elsewhere.
