I received a medium chin implant and a chin tuck or submentoplasty to improve my profile and add balance to my prominent nose. I could not be happier with my results! My profile used to be something I thought about all the time and now I never think about or when I see my neckline, I love it. Regarding the surgery itself, I experienced no pain whatsoever. There was some nerve damage in my lower lip, which is normal and healing within a month. This was explained as a likely outcome prior to surgery so was not a surprise. The swelling came down significantly after 2-3 months, but you really need to wait a year for final results. I’m so glad I did this and I highly recommend Dr. Gross in Lake Mary, Florida for this procedure.

Wow, How do I begin?... after several months of exhausting/ thorough research for surgeons to perform a Revision Rhinoplasty, I was disappointed due to the lack of convincing evidence, expertise, and experience around my area in Central FL. I decided to venture out a little further than the typical Orlando region and stumbled across Primera Plastic Surgery with Dr. Gross. It was the first time ever hearing about him and his services and did more research on his work. I was immediately blown away not only by his education and experience but the extensive amount of reviews, testimonials, images & descriptions of services (and let's not forget their awesome Tik Toks lol). I booked an appointment immediately. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcomed and appreciated which was a great relief for me in that moment. Then I met Dr. Gross and let's just say it was the most professional, pleasant and comfortable experience I've ever had in any medical setting. He takes the time to not only discuss your case and provide feedback but he also gives you the room to hear out all your concerns, goals and also gets to know you as a person. He provides digital editing to your photos in order to give an idea of the results. I was so amazed by this level of professionalism and service, that I decided to book my surgery right there! The process was very easy and positive given they have such an awesome staff willing to go above and beyond to help you out. My procedure as well as my recovery was smooth with minimal pain and discomfort. They provide you with anything you might need and the staff is always available to answer any questions and check up on your recovery. Fast forward to today, I completed my one week follow up for my revision and I am truly in disbelief with the results after my cast removal!! Revisions are very complex procedures and a lot of patience and time is needed to fully recover and obtain the full results you desire, however, when the cast was removed, I was able to see the changes right away!!. He gave me exactly what I wanted for myself and more! He exceeds all types of expectations and to say he is talented would be an understatement. He is truly a one of a kind, top artist on this field and I am so grateful to have found him when I did!. I have not seen ANY surgeons in Central FL do the type of work he does and for that, his talent and skills are unmatched. I am unbelievably happy with this entire experience and I am excited to continue my recovery journey. Do not hesitate to trust Dr. Gross and his practice for your goals. You will not regret it. There are not enough words for me to describe what a great and life changing experience this was for me. From the start i was treated so well by Ashley she explained everything to me step by step so patiently. I found Primera through instagram i had been researching places to do my rhinoplasty for 3/4 years. And i chose them because they are specialized in rhinoplasty which means they know what they’re doing cause they have been doing it for years. Something else that has drawn my attention to them was their post op. Of course it varies by person but from experience swelling and bruising was minimal barely nothing, i was great in 1 week, it looked so natural and exactly the way i wanted. Dr gross and

I went into Dr. Gross’s office for a revision rhinoplasty. I rushed my first rhinoplasty and went to the doctor that could get me in the soonest. Such a big mistake! I was stuck for a year, furious for wasting my money on a procedure that left me way worse off than I started. When I finally made the decision for a revision, I did a lot of research. Dr. Gross was definitely one of the most recommended doctors out there, and the second I stepped into his office I felt I made the right decision. From the staff and office itself to Dr. Gross, I was impressed and assured!! He validated all the concerns and complaints I had noticed for over a year. From that point on I felt and continue to feel that I am getting the best care! He is expensive, but some things are worth the cost! And a prominent feature that you will have to live with forever is DEF worth it! I was thrilled with my results from the beginning! I just had my one month follow up and noted some asymmetrical swelling, which he instantly addressed and assured me on! Leaving the office with some massaging techniques that have already made a big difference, I’m so excited that I made this decision!

I have wanted a rhinoplasty for about a decade now. I would always research and then chicken out. I finally took the plunge and set up a consultation with Dr. Gross. He heard my concerns and created a digital image of what he could provide for me. I accepted him as my doctor and I am incredibly thankful I did. I am now 2 months post op and my confidence and self image has increased exponentially. There is nothing I would change about my new nose. It is literally perfect for me. I had such a good experience with Dr Gross's office. They removed two xanthelasma lesions from my upper eyelids with CO2 laser. Alina told me what to expect during the procedure, and she and Kyn were very thorough and gentle. The procedure itself was quick and painless, and the recovery was pretty easy. They gave good care instructions for recovery. Kyn called the next day to check up on me and make sure all my questions were answered. There was a little swelling but no bruising, and a month later, beautiful new skin has replaced those ugly yellow spots.

I didn't realize how much they had affected my self esteem until they were gone! I haven't bothered with makeup for 5 years, but now I feel like I can go back to my favorite hobby again. I'm so grateful for how well it turned out. If I need anything done in the future, I will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing. Dr Gross and his staff, are the best around. Had much work done on my face and everything is beautiful. Eyes, neck, lower face lift, middle face lift and a phenol peel.
