How soon after initial botox can Spock brow be fixed?

I had Botox on Tuesday, 3 days later I have the Spock eyebrow on left side. Do I have to wait to get tho fixed it can I get it fixed immediately? It looks awful and I want it fixed asap. Thanks

It is appropriate to have a touch up to treat the brow asymmetry that you are experiencing.  Some doctors will ask you to wait until the Botox has had time to reach its full effect, but if you are already seeing something that can be fixed with a little touch up it can treated earlier.

Spock brow can happen with Botox injections. It is easy to fix and can be done immediately if you notice it. I would recommend giving it about 7 days to see how the results are going to be. I always tell my patients to look into the mirror and raise their eyebrows to be sure everything looks good. If one or both of the brows are over elevated you can come in and it is easy to correct.

Since botox takes a full 7 days for maximum effect it might be wise to inject after that so your injector knows how much to inject and where.  If it's injected early then you might find yourself injecting again for another touch up. You will probably only need a very small amount to correct your brow height. Good luck!

3 days is a little early...however, by the timing of your post it was done today (friday)...give it the rest of the weekend and call the office on Monday...go in and discuss this with your doctor or nurse injector and see if they want you to wait a little longer...good luck and take  care.

There are so many factors to consider when injecting Botox.  Make certain your injector is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and follow their recommendation as to when to pursue touch up.

Unfortunately, the spock eyebrow is usually a tell tale of an inexperienced or inept injector. To avoid overcorrection, it would properly be better to wait 7 to 10 days to allow for full activation of the botox. Ensure that you consult with an experienced and expert physician injector to correct the problem.

“Spock eyebrow” is a telltale sign of Botox that no one
wants to endure.  It occurs when muscles
in your forehead get recruited to raise your lateral eyebrow when adjacent
muscles have been weakened by Botox injections.Often this requires a tiny injection of Botox into the muscle to soften
the “pull”. This can be done day 3 after
Botox, however, if your forehead has been treated it may be better to wait
until day 7 because sometimes the Botox can take longer to take effect in
certain areas and overcorrection of pulling or “Spock brow” can cause drooping
of the eyebrow which is often worse.
