I am a 29 year old Hispanic female. I had grade 3 ptosis before my breast lift 8 months ago and I am concerned that my breasts have not been lifted enough. Should I receive another breast lift and would implants improve my shape? Overall I’m quite disappointed with my results and very insecure about my breasts. Thoughts?

Answer: Breast lift Thank you for your photos and questions. Unfortunately it appears you haven't had a good result from your surgery and a revision would be needed for improvement. It also appears that you have hypertrophic scars. These would be revised during a revision. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
