Do I need another breast lift?

In order to improve the overall shape of your breast, you may consider a breast reconstruction with an inverted J scar for minimal scarring to enhance volume in the first third of your breast and to reposition the height of the nipples. An accurate surgical plan requires a consultation. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery.

Your breasts are still a bit low. They can be relifted. All the scars would need to be redone. Unfortunately you form thick scars and this may happen again

You have thick, raised, hypertrophic and tethered scars. You would benefit from a repeat lift which will also include scar revision. Please visit with a board-certified plastic surgeon as revision breast surgery is complex. Good luck!

It appears that you have hypertrophic scarring around your incisions. This may be one cause for why your nipples have been pulled down to the bottom of your breast again. It is tough to know why this has occurred but usually it occurs due to excessive tension on her breasts. I would start with steroid injections and allowing time for the scarring to settle before deciding on a revision, although I think that you may need want to place her nipples in appropriate position on your breast. I think that this would be a difficult revision to achieve the perfect result but I am sure improvements can be made.

Your nipples can be raised higher to give a better lift. the inferior incision would not be needed this time, or not as much to achieve this. You also have some thickening of your scars which can be treated. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon.
