They got much softer after pregnancy and breastfeeding but I believe they started out looking tuberous. Could I get away with just a lift? I don’t mind the size.
Answer: Bellesoma Method Your breasts are not tubular, just low on the chest wall. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Lift only is okay Tuberous breast can be considered to be a spectrum of disease. You do have some components of this however they are mild in comparison to some other patients that I have seen. A breast lift and you can provide a satisfactory result. The result may be slightly better with an implant however it is your desire not to have an implant, that would be okay.

Answer: Tubular breast? You don't have tubular breast. After breast feeding the breast gland "deflates" and the skin falls causing different types of ptosis . In your case a breast lift is the most important part to relocated the areola and tight the skin; if you don't want a breast implant, consider with the lift you will loose at least one cup. On a personal consultation with a Board certified plastic surgeon you can speak about what is the volume you are looking for, according. to your body type and make a decision with him/her. Hope this help!

Answer: Doesn't look tuberous The traits of tubular breasts are an indistinct breast fold, constriction of tissue around nipples and possible nipple puffiness. You don’t appear to display any of these traits. A lift alone may be sufficient.

Answer: Are these tubular breasts? From your photos it does not appear you have tubular breasts. You do have ptosis and asymmetry. Both could be improved with a breast lift. If you are happy with your size it does not appear an implant would be needed in order to have a nice result. The next step is to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.
