I'm petite 5'1 100 lbs. measurements 31-23-34. I would like to make myself more hourglass like 34-23-34. I don't want the round hard fake tan breast implant look. I wear a 32 a but its too big. I just want to look more hourglass and soft looking like 50s pinup rather than Victoria's Secret. I'm also curious about costs.

Answer: Softer Look I lot of your final shape of your breast is determined by how your breast is shaped prior to surgery. Placing an implant will give your breast a "bigger version" of you. I would recommend an in-office examination as well as a detailed discussion with a board certified Plastic Surgeon whom you feel comfortable with. Best wishes! Answer: Breast augmentation Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you are a great candidate for a breast augmentation. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G.
