I had my surgery on October 29, and now six months later, I finally feel like I’ve come back into my body enough to put this into words. From the beginning, the entire staff felt like soft hands guiding me through something I didn’t fully understand yet. I have Natrelle Inspira Moderate 600cc implants, and I’m glad I did, but I want to be very real about what this experience was like for me. This is not a light surgery. The first month… I was in so much pain. My body didn’t respond to the initial medication, and I felt trapped in that discomfort for a bit. But Dr. Desai adjusted my prescription to something that actually worked for me. That moment mattered more than I expected. I also went through post-surgical depression. My nervous system felt scrambled, like I had been unplugged and reconnected slightly wrong. Everything felt distant and heavy at the same time. I don’t think people talk about that enough. Healing isn’t just stitches and swelling, it’s your entire system recalibrating! And I want to be clear, this wasn’t due to Dr. Desai’s technique at all. My body is just extremely sensitive. It took me the full six months to feel normal again, to feel like myself, to feel settled. Around months 3–4, I started noticing pretty intense rippling, which honestly scared me at first. But as time went on, as a capsule formed around my implants, and everything softened and dropped into place, the rippling slowly began to disappear. The body knows what it’s doing, even when it looks uncertain in the middle. One thing I cannot stress enough: massage your breasts exactly how Dr. Desai tells you to. It helped so much with the settling process, it’s one of those small, repetitive things that quietly shapes the final result. For reference, I started as a 32A at around 110 lbs, and now I’m a 32DD. I feel like I stepped into a version of myself that was waiting for me. There’s something grounding about finally recognizing your own silhouette. I’m no longer adjusting or overthinking, I just exist and it feels right. I catch glimpses of myself and there’s this soft, almost surreal moment of recognition, like oh… this is me now. Not in a perfect way, just in a way that feels aligned and intentional. It’s given me this subtle “goddess” feeling, not loud or performative, just this private sense of presence in my own body that I didn’t have before. Dr. Desai understood exactly what I wanted, almost intuitively, and delivered it with precision. My main request was simple: not too high, not too "fresh off the table look,", just soft, voluptuous, maternal, more side boob, and natural. And that's exactly what I ended up with once everything healed If you’re considering this: don’t cheap out. Not on your surgeon, not on your implants. And don’t be afraid of CCs if you know what you want! Just respect the process. Your body will take its time, and you don’t get to rush it. I’m really grateful I chose Dr. Desai. This wasn’t an easy journey for me, but it was worth it. Dr. Desai has a very grounded, quiet confidence that made me feel safe from the start. He really listens, like actually hears what you’re trying to say, even when you don’t have the perfect words for it, and somehow translates that into results that feel aligned with you. He was attentive without ever feeling overwhelming, honest without being harsh, and patient in a way that made me feel supported throughout the entire process. What stood out most is that I never felt dismissed, even when I had concerns during healing, he took everything seriously and adjusted when needed. I flew 18 hours to have my breast augmentation performed by Dr. Desai, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.
