Every mommy makeover is unique, but it typically involves a combination of a tummy tuck and a breast enhancement surgery, such as a breast augmentation or a breast lift, with or without breast implants. Implant selection should be based on a combination of your desired size, soft tissue dynamics, breast base diameter, and skin elasticity. For patients with overly large and droopy breasts, which can cause back and neck pain, a breast reduction is similar to a lift—the only difference being how much breast tissue is removed. A tummy tuck removes the excess skin and fat from the upper and lower abdomen. In my Beverly Hills practice, I often also perform liposuction of the flanks to achieve a smoother contour of the waist and create the “Coke-bottle shape” many of my patients want. The Best Surgeon
I flew 18 hours to have my breast augmentation performed by Dr. Desai, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. His clinic is beautiful and uses advanced VR technology that allows patients to visualize different implant sizes and profiles before surgery, which made the decision process much easier. The morning of surgery I was nervous, but Dr. Desai and his team were so warm and attentive that I quickly felt at ease and confident in their care. Dr. Desai restored volume I had lost from breastfeeding and was even able to create a subtle lifting effect using implants alone. I am very happy with the results, and only regret is not doing this sooner. If you are considering a breast augmentation, you will not find a more skilled, meticulous, and caring surgeon than Dr. Desai.

I had so many of my friends see Dr. Desai for Motiva Preserve Preservè breast augmentation, and breast implants.
