I cannot praise Dr. Seckel and his team enough. I have had two procedures with Dr. Seckel, first was a breast augmentation and then rhinoplasty a few years later. When I decided on rhinoplasty I knew I wanted to go back to Dr. Seckel because I had such an amazing experience the first time. I always felt welcomed by Dr. Seckel and his team during my visits. I always felt comfortable at the office as well as going in for surgery. If I ever decide to get anything else done I will 100% be going back to Dr. Seckel!

Dr. Seckel and his team provided a great experience! He had wonderful bedside manner, made you feel very comfortable, answered all of your questions and concerns. He did amazing work and had great follow-up. Would go back! Highly recommend. If anyone is considering any of his services, I cannot recommend him enough!!

Dr. Seckel is the absolute best in his profession! I have been wanting to have a rhinoplasty done for years now but feared the operation and what the recovery would be like. Dr. Seckel took great care of me and the outcome is amazing. I have no regrets and would would suggest anyone seeking plastic surgery see him. He is truly a master at what he does and is extremely kind hearted. The staff in the office are also excellent and make the pre-op and post-op instructions/experience a breeze. I am so grateful that I went to see him.

I had a great experience with Dr Seckel and his team. I had a breast augmentation in August 2020 and more than a year later I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everything was explained to me in details prior to the surgery. The doctor helped me choose the right size implant for my body. I had a smooth and speedy recovery. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for more.

OMG!! I love Dr.Seckel, I was so nervous about my procedure, and Dr. Seckel brought so much peace to me. He is such an experienced surgeon that he won't take you unless he knows he can deliver great results. I didn't get much bruising mainly because of two important factors. One he has great hands, and two I followed his instructions to the T. I am so thankful and grateful to Dr. Seckel, he took years off my face, I no longer look tired anymore.

I could not be happier with the results of my breast augmentation with Dr. Seckel. He and the staff were so sweet and patient as I drove them crazy about the sizing. I went from an A cup to a C cup and honestly they are perfect. I had the easiest surgery, woke up feeling great and didn’t have any pain. The recovery was so quick! I would recommend having this done to anyone who has had a reoccurring insecurity about their chest size.

I always said I wanted breast augmentation but always wanted to wait till after I had children. Well I am now mother of 3 and had them all back to back, my son and then a year and a half later I got pregnant with my twin girls. Needless to say the girls took a hit from the pumping. I was never large chested a low B if that. I went with Dr Seckel after doing a lot of research of doctors in my area and I am so happy I did. I always came back to his office and before and after pictures always just looked great for his previous clients. From the first visit I felt really comfortable with Dr Seckel and his team. The surgery day was seamless, Emerson hospital was great! I live in the south shore so it was a bit of a drive for me but it was totally worth it. Dr. Seckel is very professional and personable and he’s been doing it for such a long time he totally knows what he is doing! The size and shape came out exactly how I wanted and I could not be happier, I went with 375 cc under the muscle and only 2 1/2 weeks post op and they are looking amazing. Needless to say if your looking for a doctor in the Boston area for breast augmentation, Dr Seckel is the right choice!

Had a little swelling on my left breast but overall feeling great! I have been managing to lift my children a lot better. I have 8 month old twins and a 2 year old so they’ve been keeping me busy but just trying not to over so it. When I went to my 3 week post op the doctor said it looked like I was already at 6 week healing so I’m very pleased with the healing progress and happy with my results so far!

I've thought about getting a breast augmentation for many years and finally decided to take the plunge. I never thought I would be the type of person but I have 3 kids which left my breasts deflated and life is short! I go to the gym frequently and no amount of working out can give me boobs! My second consultation was with Dr. Seckel and I immediately felt comfortable and confident with him. He is clearly one of the most experienced surgeons out there and really knows a woman's body. I asked for very natural looking breasts and I believe Dr. Seckel really listened and delivered. I had 300 cc under the muscle in April 2021. I am now 6 weeks and am fully recovered. I was able to resume weight lifting and most activities after just a few weeks and felt great! I believe the quick recovery time is also due to Dr. Seckel's experience and expertise. While waiting for my surgery a couple of the pre-surgical nurses came in to rave about Dr. Seckel and one nurse had recently had a BA with him. I found this even more comforting. Of course like many women, I wish I went a little bit bigger, but I told Dr. Seckel I would rather be too small than too big. I am extremely happy I did it and would do it again in a heartbeat!

I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon. Dr. Seckel was very professional and helpful with the whole process. I had a breast augmentation and wanted very natural looking breasts that fit my body. Dr. Seckel went above and beyond to do exactly that. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was happy with my decision. He made me feel extremely comfortable and I trusted him 100%. I seriously couldn’t be happier with my results! My breasts look natural and even feel real. My confidence has sky rocketed because of Dr. Seckel and I am so unbelievably thankful he made that happen! He changed my life!

P.s. the only thing I would have changed is the size of the implant in my left breast. My left breast has always been smaller than the right and it is definitely noticeable now. Maybe I’ll fix this in the future.

Dr Seckel is amazing! Wonderful bedside manner and a true expert in his work. I have always considered/wanted a BA he guided me through my options and ultimately I went with his recommendations and I have never been more confident.
