Outstanding doctor, excellent immediate results Dr. Rottman did my Botox and the results are immediate and are excellent. The injections were painless. Dr Rottman performed a complex revision abdominoplasty for me (after I was botched by a doctor in Florida) and repaired not only my abdominal muscles but also my obliques and cinched my waist. At only 3 weeks post-op, I love my shape and my results. Dr Rottman gave me the body I always wanted! Dr Rottman addressed all of my concerns, is very attentive, and personally saw me for many follow up appointments to make sure I’m healing properly. There are many people we meet in our lives but a few rare ones will have such a lasting impression and impact. Dr. Steven Rottman is one of those rare gems. I giggle to myself because in true creeper fashion, I followed this man’s work for 2+ years during the final homerun of my weight loss journey. Keep reading if you want to hear my heartfelt sincerity about my experience. I personally lost 100lbs and it took just about 4 years to keep it off healthy and not look “melted”. I promised myself by age 40, I would conquer this weight and bring my sexy back. Childbirth and pregnancy was such an amazing experience in my early 30s. A woman’s body is a gift and to be able to grow two healthy children was an experience I’ll never regret. It wasnt until a few years later, the droopy breast, mom pouch, and lack of zest I had for clothing which harbored in the back of my mind. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t miss my perky breasts prior to breastfeeding and missed feeling sexy in my own skin. I stumbled onto Dr. Steven Rottman aka “therealdrbmore” on Instagram and I was mesmerized. I told myself, at age 40 years… you better do this for YOUSELF girl!!!! And let’s say it out loud ladies, no one’s going to do this for YOU, so make YOURSELF a priority because you deserve to look and feel your best. The big day finally came this past April, I filled out an online consult and heard back from Brooke the same day to confirm an appointment. I was spooked but thought, what the h*ll, just go and see what it’s about. I first met Dr. Rottman at my consult. He smiled and calmly walked into his exam room with a classy demeanor. I knew I wanted a tummy tuck and a lift but he would ultimately know the best option for results. All I could feel were my sweaty palms and heart pounding because there I was standing in front of the man I knew could make dreams come true. He IS THE Plastic Surgeon God! He IS one of a kind! The more comments and the more I read, the more vested I had become. Did I mention he fixes other local plastics surgeons unhappy patients? So with big names in the Baltimore/DC area do your research. He’s fascinating both in and out of the operation room! His next to zero infection rate which alone screams a top performer in my book. Its a no brainer when he’s chosen multiple times over and over again in top plastic surgeon magazines, top docs articles, word of mouth, social media, ect. for consecutive years. He stands out amongst his peers. He WILL make you the most beautiful version of yourself! I can not stop looking in the mirror now. It doesnt feel like this is real life for me! What a fairy tale come true. If happiness and joy would increase YOUR self worth ladies or gentleman, please look no further. I’m am still in ecstasy with the results. DR.STEVEN ROTTMAN is the MAN, the plastics KING. And his staff you might be wondering? Just as exceptional!!! Brooke is the most kind, sweet and incredibly inviting to the practice. She’s a total delight to be around. It’s obvious the way they handle you as one of their own. If I could rate Dr. Rottman 100% across the board, I would. He does not disappoint. All of my appointments were taken care of for me, all my prescriptions for post op were called in and waiting for pick up. Not a single beat was missed on their behalf. Thank you Brooke for being unbothered by my messages even if it was a weekend or a nervous question that I needed answered :) So you’ve made it to the end here folks and tears of joy from the bottom of my heart sneak out of the corners of my eyes. I am so thankful for you, Dr. Rottman. God bless this man’s brain smarts and meticulous hands. I feel like he has given me my self love back. I had an incredible experience with Dr. Rottman from start to finish. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and takes time to address all questions and concerns you might have. After my initial consultation I came up with more questions and the office staff offered to come in again to address my concerns, which was very appreciated. I was very nervous during my surgery day and the nurse Susie was the sweetest, most gentle lady that talked to me the whole time telling me everything will be ok until I was fully under. The best part is the follow up appointments after the surgery to ensure everything heals nicely. Highly recommend Dr. Rottman:)

I’m excited to share my positive experience with Dr. Rottman, perfect for anyone who dives deep into their doctor research like I do. Dr. Rottman's expertise is well-respected and impressive. After reviewing feedback and social media posts, I confidently selected Dr. Rottman for my procedure. His online presence truly reflects his pride in his work, and the person managing his webpage and social media does an excellent job. From the initial consultation, through the surgery, to the follow-up visits, the process was smooth and well-organized. Dr. Rottman spent time explaining details of the surgery, ensuring that I was both informed and at ease with the procedure. His confidence in restoring my pre-baby tummy was truly exciting—when he mentioned achieving a "flat" result, I knew we were on the same page! Dr. Rottman even topped it off by sending me a TikTok (per my request lol) with a catchy tune, so I could debut my new look to all my family and friends. Plus, he personally checked in on me to see how I was recovering. Post-surgery, I had no complications. The care package full of meds with medications and scar cream was very beneficial. The compression garments were essential for my recovery, and I still wear them. Brooke was super helpful when I needed to switch styles for comfort. My top pick? The panty open bust with three rows of hooks and an open gusset for easy bathroom access! Recovery was pretty much as expected. Week one you will have limited mobility, swollen, and a bit grumpy, especially with those delightful drains in tow! By week two, I was feeling much better. pretty sprightly. I was back at work and on my feet after just 2 ½ weeks, feeling like myself again but a bit more fabulous! Six months later, my body has transformed beautifully. My scars have healed well. My belly button looks completely natural. The scar is linear and positioned as low as possible, easily hidden under underwear. I’m convinced Dr. Rottman employs a unique technique to ensure the stomach looks natural, minimizes scarring, and ensures a beautiful result. Also don’t pass up the liposuction, it’s a must! I felt confident enough to wear a bikini and crop top on my recent vacation. The results have also boosted my motivation to maintain my fitness. It’s much easier when I only have to focus on the rest of my body! Dr. Rottman's expertise and the care provided by his team have been exceptional. dr. rottman was amazing start to finish. i have my absolute dream body after losing over 150 lbs. i received a 360 lower body lift, breast lift and fat transfer, upper body lift, and brachioplasty. all in one surgery! i never imagined to wear crop tops, tank tops, and two piece bathing suits. dr. rottman’s bedside manner is absolutely incredible. he is so gentle and calm and puts you completely at ease. my recovery was way easier than anticipated. his entire staff was so kind and helpful. post op, his office was like my second home. he was always available to answer my questions via text post op and eased my mind countless times from post op anxiety. i always had to take my daughter with me for post op visits and the staff always treated her so kindly. i will never forget how hospitable and helpful everyone was to me before, during, and after my procedure. i would give 6/5 stars if i could!
