Ram Kalus was the only person I had a consultation with and after I did I knew he was meant to be my plastic surgeon. The whole experience was amazing from the original phone call to schedule appointment to the follow up appointments after surgery. It took one month from my consultation to my surgery. Every time I was in the office, he was very much present and all about my situation. I felt very comfortable during the whole process and I would recommend him to anyone for a breast

Dr. Kalus is so detailed and truly an artist. He remains professional and truly cares for his patients. He was great at answering my many questions. After the emotional journey of having a mastectomy it was great to have him in my corner to give me the best cosmetic outcome. On a whim I made a consult in Mount Pleasant with a plastic surgeon to get advice on my post 4 C-section body. I was unawares of the excellent surgeon I was meeting with, after the consult my husband and I were in awe of Dr. Kalus’ knowledge, expertise, and bedside manner.
