I saw Dr. Kalus today and was very impressed by his experience, knowledge and manner. He is very thorough and detailed in his explanations. He is very attentive and caring when talking with you. Your questions are important to him and she answers all of them. He took his time with you and the visit did not feel rushed. I highly recommend him.

Everyone is always so welcoming and polite. I am looking forward to my surgery and believe I am in good hands. As soon as you walk through the door of the office, even the atmosphere is calming. It’s nice.

Friendly office staff and Dr. Kalus is amazing! I am always greeted by the staff and wait times are always less than 10 minutes. Dr. Kalus performed a tummy tuck and breast augmentation. Extremely happy with results!

I had thigh liposuction with Dr. Kalus. I chose him because he understood exactly what my concerns were. He was very kind and thorough during my initial consult and answered all my questions. He did not try to talk me into getting other procedures done and said that he would do 360 liposuction of my thighs just as I was hoping. Although I am not overweight, my legs were always 1-2 clothing sizes larger than my torp. Despite eating well and exercising regularly, I was not able to change the shape and size of my legs. I had difficulty getting any kind of muscle definition in my thighs due to the excess fat. It was hard to find pants that fit and I never felt comfortable wearing shorts. After decades of thinking about having liposuction, I finally decided to do it! Dr. Kalus was wonderful throughout my recovery. I saw him personally for each of my visits. He even called me back once when I had some questions about my recovery. From the first visit to my last, I always felt exceptionally well cared for. Everything healed well and I had no complications. My legs are now the same clothing size as my torso and it is much easier to find pants that fit. I have even gotten some shorts and shorter dresses! I no longer notice how out of proportion my thighs are compared to the rest of my body. continue to eat healthily and to exercise so that I can maintain my results. I am so grateful to Dr. Kalus for helping me to be comfortable with my figure!

This was my second experience with Dr. Kalus. I didn’t think he or his staff could be any more amazing than they were during my first experience but they absolutely were! Over the course of 7+ years, I have recommended multiple people to Dr. Kalus. He is always very welcoming, informative, and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your results.

I cannot thank Dr. Ram Kalus and staff enough. Dr. Kalus was able to reconstruct my breasts to a beautiful, natural, full appearance. There is something to say for a board certified surgeon whom has years of experience whom specializes in the aesthetic field. He was honest, personal, skilled, and professional. He answered all my questions, and concerns without judgement. I had minimal pain, and healed quickly. It took me time and effort to find an excellent surgeon. Many do not specialize in this field, please do your homework! On another note, I want to thank Dr. Kalus's staff. Particularly Reba whom made me feel comfortable. The entire team is nothing short of wonderful!

Dr Kalus has absolutely changed my life and confidence with my chin implant, chin liposuction, and a bit of liposuction to my cheeks. For reference, I am 5'7 tall and I weigh about 168 lbs at the time of my procedure. I have been on a weight loss journey for a few years, I started to notice that the weight was not coming off from underneath my chin and I have always been very unhappy with my side profile. This is completely my own opinion, but if you are considering getting a chin implant for a recessed chin - let me please urge you to see an Oral & Maxillofacial surgeon to see if you are a candidate for orthodontics, jaw surgery (genioplasty), etc. After going this route first I decided that the option that worked best for myself was the chin implant route. Entirely my own opinion again, but I personally waited to get liposuction until I was 20lbs away from my ideal weight. My weight has been stable for about two years and slowly trending downwards which is why I finally considered getting liposuction done. Getting my procedures done through Dr Kalus and his team was extremely easy. The nurses, front desk receptionists, and the scheduling team all did a phenomenal job. I had my procedure done at the Roper hospital in Mount Pleasant. All Roper/Kalus teams were incredible! My recovery has been going very well. I am still swollen (even in my 1 month post op pictures) and should have my final results at the 3 month post op mark. I was a little bruised after post op and my pain was minimal. I could go back to work by day 10. My smile continues to improve but I am noticing changes to it, which can be expected from this procedure. Week by week I continue to see results and I am so happy I chose Dr Kalus for my procedure. He truly is an amazing surgeon and body artist! I will make sure to update my after photos in either 3 months or a year. If you're considering any sort of plastic surgery, I highly recommend Dr Kalus!

I was referred to Dr. Kalus for my breast reduction surgery (size F-G). The first time I met him I immediately knew I was in good hands. He took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable. He is an amazing surgeon and took such care to ensure my results were exactly what I wanted, including using a special technique so I do not have vertical scars. He was so caring in the hours and days after surgery, and was available by phone or email when I had questions. The surgical results were outstanding, and he made sure to provide me with support to minimize scarring after the recovery period. I also want to commend his staff - his nurse, the office manager, and the office staff - who are all so caring and helpful. I am so happy with the results, and grateful that he was able to perform my surgery.
