I have Pseudoptosis & Wide sternum , I am 75C. I am decided on an implant, while I want to avoid over the muscle as well avoid waterfall deformity or baloon look. I want to acheive a natural look with a slide and a full cleavage, and hopefully reduce the boney space between breasts. What is the best implanet: placement, model / type , and size

I have a consult this weekend but am trying to prepare- Does this appear to be psuedoptosis? I really did not want to have to get a lift but after over researching- I’m concerned that after implants I’ll have a ‘matronly/saggy’ look. I’d like to go larger, and while I don’t have to have a ‘porn star/basketballs’ look I definitely want them to be considered sitting pretty. My other concern is - do I have an overly wide set chest? And is this going to leave large gapping/east west looking breasts after implants? I’ve done the simulator and it looks ridiculous and I’m having a hard time understanding what’s realistic and what isn’t. Thank you so much!

Hello, I have very small breasts and a very slim body frame (photos attached), and I would like to know whether breast augmentation can look truly natural on someone with my anatomy. My biggest concern is that the implants could end up looking like two separate objects placed on my chest rather than natural breasts. I am not interested in a large augmentation. I would probably choose implants no larger than 300cc, teardrop-shaped, placed under the muscle, possibly combined with fat grafting to the upper pole for a softer and more natural transition. I also have a chest wall asymmetry above my left breast, where the rib/chest bone protrudes slightly outward. Because of this, I am wondering whether different implant sizes should be considered to improve overall symmetry. The surgeon I consulted with said that he would not recommend different sizes, but I would appreciate additional opinions. My goal is to achieve the most natural result possible—not too large, but not so small that the surgery makes little difference. What worries me most is excessive fullness in the upper pole, as that is usually what makes augmented breasts look obviously artificial to me. Based on my body type and chest anatomy, do you think a natural-looking result is realistically achievable? Would fat grafting help reduce the artificial appearance? And would you consider different implant sizes given the chest wall asymmetry, or is my surgeon's recommendation reasonable? Thank you very much for your advic

Im 32 and wanting to get breast augmentation. Have had 2 consults and 1 suggested dual plane with the other suggesting sub facia due to me training at the gym. Im quite fit and do lift heavy however am not a body builder or anything. I like the idea of sub facia however im worried that I’m on the thinner side so the breast implants might be visable (he has suggested Demi) hence why im hesitant and leaning towards sub facia - however the animation worries me.. i am happy to never do chest again aslong as i can do lower body (heavy) and moderate shoulder and back is that still possible with dual plane?

Male, 21, 6ft 2in. I lost about 200 pounds and have been looking into surgery and was wondering if I needed the regular 360 or the fdl 360. I don’t really want the central incisions.

Hello, I recently had a virtual consultation with a plastic surgeon in Newport who advised that I am not a good candidate for a tummy tuck because I do not have enough excess skin. I am 37 years old, 5'3", approximately 170 pounds, and have had two pregnancies. While I understand that assessment, I would like to get a second opinion regarding my options for improving the appearance of my abdomen. Based on my age, height, weight, history of two pregnancies, and the photos I have provided, do you believe I would be a better candidate for a tummy tuck, BodyTite, or another procedure? What factors would help determine the best approach? I have attached front, side, and angled photos for reference. Thank you for your time and expertise.

Hi! Im a 38 yo female, non smoker. My stomach has been my biggest insecurity and I’ve lost quite a bit of weight over the last 2 years. I’m curious to know what type of tummy tuck I would be able to get. I have not had children so I don think I need muscle repair, but please let I am wrong to assume that.

I’ve lost 68lbs and my weight is very consistently 200lbs exactly. I’ve sent my pictures to a couple plastic surgeons and they have turned me down for being over the bmi. Under all this fat I have a very athletic build and I gain muscle quickly. So I feel like there shouldn’t be an issue with my getting a tummy tuck at my stable weight of 200lbs. Would I like to be smaller? Yes. But I also think the Timmy tuck would give me that boost I need to lose more weight! Please advise!

49 years old, ofamily and my chidren have the nose...but i want a subtle tip reduction at same time as lower face and neck lift. I like my nose from the front i just want the tip on profile to be reduced. What technuque can achieve this if it can be done?

I had a BBL six years ago. The results were decent but not really that impressive. I think I lost a good amount of fat. I have been thinking of getting a second - and definitive - BBL to get the shape that I always desired and luckily this time more fat will survive and be more careful with the post-op care. I would like to know how much improvement can I have. (more aesthetic, round, symmetric butt) I'm 45 years old, workout, healthy diet, around 135 lbs, 5'3 height.

I am a mother of two with a sagging stomach when I bend at the waist. When standing, it's not saggy - just an excess layer of loose fat beneath the skin that I cannot work off with exercise. If considering a tummy tuck & breast augmentation, which of these surgeries should be done first and which second to get the best overall results? I do have very young children, and therefore think it would be best to break up the surgeries so I can have a more manageable recovery period and manage them.

I have been intersted in having a mommy makeover for 6 years now. I am a 48 year old AA female. Soon to be 49 in 1 week. Overall healthy no issues, no medications other than vitiams. I had a gastric sleeve in 2016. My highest weight was 274. My current weight is 183...I have been in a 7 pound window for the last 6 years. I had 3 c-sections 1999,2000 and 2009. Partial hysterectomy in 2011. I have all the usual issues having kids and weight loss. Ideally I would like to have a mommy makeover and tackle everything at once. And recover from 1 surgery instead of multiple ones. I want lipo, tummy tuck and breast lift..with a fat transfer because I lost a considerate amount of destiny in them. Over the years I have been told that 1) cant have all those procedures done at the same time 2) I need to have breast reduction 3) they suggest a lower body lift. The body lift seems like more of major procedure than what I want and I can't get my breast done at the same time. I really want to be 1 and done...I dont wanna rack up debt for multiple surgeries. I am content with my current butt size and shape...I know the body lift will give it a little toot, but thats not my main priority. I would really like to know if it's possible to really have the procedures I want....or do I need multiple surgeries to achive what I want. I appericate you reading to the end and I welcome all feedback. Also I forgot to add that i also am very content with my current breast size 38F. So no reduction.

I had a panniculectomy in January 2025. I now feel top heavy and want to have a breast reduction and lift. What would the procedure entail? Would I need to have my areolas moved? If so, would I lose sensitivity?

I'm a trans woman planning breast augmentation and I'm stuck between sizes. My stats: 5'9", around 100 kg, broad shoulders and a wide chest wall, about a 40" underbust and currently roughly a 40B. I have limited natural breast growth from HRT. My surgeon has shown me three Mentor cohesive silicone options, all placed subglandular (over the muscle) and all on the same base width — so the only real difference is projection: 470cc Moderate Classic (~35 mm projection) 600cc Moderate Plus (~46 mm projection) 750cc High Profile (~59 mm projection) He recommends the 600cc Moderate Plus. What I want is a natural, gently sloping (teardrop) look — soft upper pole, volume lower, mild natural settle. I really want to avoid a round, "puffed-up," over-projected look with visible implant edges. But because my frame and chest are large, I'm genuinely worried that going too small won't look proportional or "won't show." So I feel caught between natural and proportional. My questions for surgeons and anyone with a similar build: On a fixed base width like this, how much difference in upper-pole fullness should I actually expect between 470, 600, and 750? Is 600 Moderate Plus a sensible middle, or would you lean smaller/larger for a broad frame? Does over-the-muscle placement change your size/profile advice, and how do you minimize visible upper-pole edges or rippling given limited tissue coverage? Would a more cohesive gel (e.g., MemoryGel Xtra) help, or would it push me toward the round lo

I got my breast augmentation in 2018 in Medellin Colombia by Juan Diego Mejia Jimenez. i got 425 ccs gummy implant placed under the muscle. Ive been pregnant twice since my surgery in 2018 My first pregnancy i had no complications, my secong pregnancy my nipples started leaking clear fluids. At first the leaking would come and go but now there’s more fluid. The fluid is clear/slightly yellow and it makes my nipple stick to my bras and pulls the skin off the areola. What should i do? I got my breast augmentation outside of my country and to my knowledge , the surgeon who performed on me no longer does breast augmentations.

I had a breast reduction over a year ago through insurance and about 400 grams was removed from each breast. I terribly miss the size and regret the reduction. If i get 425 cc implants will they be the same size as before? do grams of fat and cc of implants correlate in that way?

Is it possible to lift the breasts using implants only, without scars underneath?I’ve had one pregnancy.33 years old, 70 kg, 177 cm.

Are my eyes bulging? Is it proptosis or exophthalmos? I've noticed that in recent months my eyes have become more bulging, and I've also had some vision loss in my left eye. Is it possible to correct my ears too?

I had an upper blepharoplasty two years when I was 43. My left eye has a dog ear that I dislike. It looks like a pimple and sticks out because it's a light color. The surgeon first said that the scar might look worse after removal. But then 6 months later said it would be ok to remove. I'm not sure what to do, and I can't find any examples of a before/after removal. Should I get it removed? I really dislike it but I don't want to make the area look worse. My other eye looks great. Thanks

I’m 25, female, 153cm and 53kg (5feet + 116pounds), have been weightlifting for 3 years now, but my midsection never slims down no matter how much I train or what calorie deficit I do. Other parts have improved, it’s just the midsection that’s stubborn. Booked a lipo appointment in China this July & would stay 7-9 days there then head back to Europe and am currently researching these 3 lipo techniques and wanted to ask which one I would need and if there’s benefits to the pricier ones: 1. Traditional negative pressure lipo or water-assisted lipo 2. gold lipo/ BodyTite/ RF (Radiofrequency- assisted lipo) 3. 5G Angel Sculpt (Alma 1470nm Laser-Assisted Liposuction System) other questions: 1. How painful is it really? 2. Will skin return to be smooth or will the texture change permanently? How will the body/ in my case midsection feel afterwards? 3. Do the different Lipo techniques like RF or 5G help make recovery quicker or make the result smoother? 4. when do swelling, bruising, numbness, tight lumpy fibrosis and pain fully fade? 5. Would abdomen and waist be enough or should I consider the back too? 6. Overall safety level and the realistic result? 7. when can I safely resume weight training again post-op? 8. Are lymphatic massages mandatory? 9. How long until regular full-body massages, sauna & swimming are okay again? 10. How common is permanent clumping/lumps, and how risky is the procedure overall? goal: a flatter stomach & slimmer waist

I had a unilateral mastectomy and am looking at DIEP flap surgery in about a year. Unfortunately, I have also put on weight and am now 13 stone. I was wondering the feasibility of having liposuction to my lower back and sides prior to this surgery and wondered: a) How long before hand would it need to be? b) If it could have any adverse effect on the DIEP flap? c) If further removal was required, how long would I need to wait after the reconstructive surgery? Many thanks

Trans female here and i did a round of FFS for my jaw and a rhino but still feel like I look like a dude. I’ve been told that I might need a facelift but I’m wondering a) if I can get away with a mini facelift bc im only 41 and b) if there is any non-surgical treatment that work well instead of a facelift bc my scars don’t heal well. Thank u

I hate smiling because of the smile lines I have developed. I didn't have it when I was younger and had a fuller face. Do I need a face lift or fat transfer? I hate smiling now. I'm 32 years old and I never had this issue in my 20s
